Absolutely terrible experience at this KFC location. The service was shockingly rude from the moment I walked in. Staff seemed annoyed to be there and made no effort to be helpful or polite. I was met with eye rolls and a dismissive attitude. I got a combo and asked for sauce & they charged me double This is not the kind of treatment anyone deserves, especially when you're spending your hard-earned money. I won’t be returning to this location, and I hope management seriously addresses their customer service issues. Very disappointing.

Avoid this KFC location at all costs. I waited 15 minutes on a Thursday evening before anyone even asked if they could take my order.
There was only one staff member—acting as cashier, cook, and cleaner. When I asked, she confirmed she was doing it all alone. When I tried to place a standard order, she said it would take 20 minutes to prepare. This is supposed to be fast food. I could get served faster at a sit-down restaurant.
It's disgraceful that management would leave one person to run the entire store during a busy night. Completely unacceptable.

The cashier at this KFC has serious issues and is very dishonest. I ordered two combos and specifically asked to upgrade both fries to poutine. The menu clearly stated that this upgrade costs $1.49. However, when I looked at the receipt, I saw a $6 charge for the upgrade.
I asked the cashier why I was double-charged, and he said, “You said you wanted to upgrade both, it’s $3 each.” I replied, “Isn't it $1.49 each?” He said no, the system charges $3 for the upgrade.
I pointed at the menu and said, “It clearly says $1.49, not $3.” Then he changed his story and said, “$1.49 is for the small size, $3 is for the large. So which one do you want?” His tone and attitude were extremely rude.
I said I just want whatever the original menu says — $1.49 regardless of the size. He stormed off into the kitchen, and after a while came back out with the food. The whole time, he never said sorry or thank you. His attitude was terrible, his English was poor, and communication was very difficult. I will never go back to this KFC again.

Much better than the location at Yonge and Steeles. I think it takes longer as they don’t cook mass amounts at once. Even the gravy tasted less salty and the fries were hot and crispy!

This has to be the most disorganized KFC in the city. They know it's Tuesday and they do not prepare for any kind of rush. After waiting in line for over 20 mins in line, a good ten minutes there wasn't even anyone in the front taking any orders. Thete were literally 3 people in front of me at 5:30 pm. Finally get to the front of the line I'm told that they won't have chicken for another 20-25 mins. You could advise people of the wait time so we don't waste almost 30 minutes of our lives waiting in line, just to be told they dont have any chicken prepared. We ended up going to Manchu order food, we ate, sat and chilled for a good 35mins. When we were done and were walking away I looked over at the KFC and the poor guy who was in front of me was still waiting for food. How sad is that. You will never see my money ever again. Go to Jollibee instead you be much happier with the service and quality. BTW girl working there just ignored what I said about customer service avout advising customers of wait times. It's supposed to be fast food if I wanted to wait for a meal I would of gone to actual restaurant.
