Also no one there to acknowledge uber eats drivers, and required to wait way longer than a reasonable time.

Worst Customer service I’ve had from any restaurant. - Long wait time just to order and to receive order - No Quality control on the food being served - Rude and unapologetic manager
Came in to pick up an online order and was only started when it was supposed to be ready. Waited for a long time to get my order, and received an unappetizing looking bucket of fried chicken.
I then went on to complain calmly about the chicken and was told “It’s just how it is. What do you want me to do about it?” This was coming from the manager. So I requested the refund for my order and returned the food.
Hire competent employees or At least train them to treat customers like humans and not like pigs. We pay hard earned money for the food we ordered!
