Ive been to this kfc many times and its almost always a disappointment. They get my order wrong constantly. When I normally go from 10-11 am, the employees are almost never out to take your order. You have to either yell excuse me super loud or give up getting kfc that day. Once I was told that they weren’t opened when I was there at around 10:30am. There was also a time where me and a friend had ordered online due to a deal and was told to wait around 20 minutes for our order. When we waited 20 minutes and walked up to the counter expecting to get our food, we were told that not only were they unaware of our order, they also did not have the chicken sandwich we had ordered. We had to wait a total of around 45 minutes for our order which in turned caused us much inconvenience. Although i dislike this kfc a lot, it is convenient for me and i really like kfc food in general.This was my experience with this place summarized in a couple years.

Lady in front of me had her order taken, I was right behind her but both ladies working the cash register just left without saying anything...I stood there for 10 minutes until someone else came by, took my order and told me it'll be another 10-15 minutes for a big crunch and poutine...been 20 minutes and I'm still waiting and there are now about 6 customers waiting for their food. This place isn't getting better.

This place should not open at all. Extremely poor customer service. We were fhere to order at 11:15am. They told me they open at 11:30am but everyone else was already open and on theur schedule their suppose to open at 11. Everytime I come here it's always a bad experience no matter the time or day.

These people are asking for tips now. You know that fast food workers never worked for tips.The rude lady behind the counter was rude to me for not giving a tip, literally tossed the bag at me onto the counter when she served it.Will never be coming here again. What an absolute joke.You guys are out of your minds, asking for tips at A KFC. Do your employees not get min wage already?

Went here and it took at least 5 minutes for someone to actually come to the front to take orders. The place looked like the staff had just abandoned it, but it seems there were only 2 people working at lunch time on a Saturday. Took about 20 minutes to finally get my chicken tenders, which were clearly not KFC chicken tenders. They had a completely different shape and were longer than the standard at other KFCs, and, most importantly, didn’t even taste like KFC. It looked like someone had just deep fried Jane’s chicken fingers.

You rarely see the cashier and it takes forever to place an order in-person. The store front is always empty and no one would take you order. I don’t know how this place is still running but it’s not even worth a 2 star rating.
