Whether you are a group of 1 or more and going for the bento box and not ayce, they only offer the same amount of complimentary appetizer dishes like tofu, Kim chi and bean spouts regardless of your party's size. They don't offer free refills and ignore your request entirely.

Ordered lunch special premium BBQ set $16.99, beef ribs were difficult to chew, beef slides were as thin as paper, others food were just ok. Raw meat was served before the side dishes, staff only provided side dishes, soup and rice upon our request. They were too busy and can’t take care of all tables. May be this cheap price can’t deserve too much…..

Parking: Lots of indoor parking but outdoor always full

Food was...not that great in quality. They never changed the grill. Water tasted odd... even the waiter on break drank from a water bottle.

Just do yourself a favor and go to Gyubee.

the food is good. most of the meat is pre marinated and whatever has nuts in it is declared. only thing is, they aren’t very knowledgeable on gluten allergies (can’t sub any foods or i don’t think they know what doesn’t have gluten?) so just a heads up for gf people!

Fast service, not so good meat for the bbq, everything was very sub par. The chicken was diabolical. For the price point i dont think it was worth it. For an extra 10-15 dollars you can get premium quality meat across the street at shinta or even gyubee. I really want to like this place it but i can’t. Wont be back.

I haven’t been here for many years, and I don’t think it tastes that bad. The beef is beef ribs with no fat at all. I can’t chew it. I can’t even get a piece of garlic. How can I eat this meat? There is also a 13% service charge. I’m really convinced. The environment is also bad. I saw a lot of dust on their wooden decorative partitions, so I put down my chopsticks and left (and told the waitress that there is no wakame in the miso soup) , she said, I know, we don’t have any, it’s kelp) I’m dizzy, can you be more professional? How can I give you such an unprofessional tip? I’ll never say a word again.

Went there today. We were happy and satisfied with the food and services BUT… It was cold (we were sitting far from the door) and we had our baby with us. The changing bed for babies is in the women’s washroom and the changing bed area is placed in front where the sink is, which in my opinion should NOT be placed there. It should be in the bigger toilet area for more privacy. Having a diaper changing bed in front of a sink is a big NO to me since it’s blocking people from washing their hands. So I highly suggest to move it in the bigger toilet area.

Hopefully this would get resolved asap.

I I
seriously doubt their food hygiene, the meat looks very strange, like synthetic meat, and the seafood has a strange taste. Service attitude is that the waiter is absent-minded in the service, summed up is a very bad dining experience, I did not enjoy the meal

Manager assigns to kids weekend night shifts from 10 p.m - 2 a.m to wash grills just because they are kids, whereas Cantonese speaking women get morning shifts instead, and the manager justifies this by saying that he is "teaching kids to work". Manager Kenneth should teach his daughter to work by making her wash grills from 10 p.m - 2 a.m on Fridays and Saturdays. That way, she could learn a few lessons from her wise, elderly father.
