We had a wonderful experience with Manal Bashir Pastry Co. We spoke with the Barista there regarding having a cake made and she put us in touch with the baker. I knew we had found the right person when she informed me that what I was asking for was not the best way to create a cake. She then guided me in my choices and between us we chose a cake with sugar flowers on top and buttercream icing with a fondant bow. The cake was better than I imagined! I was amazed at the beautiful job she did on the sugar flowers! The cake was delicious and the icing was not too sweet as some buttercreams can be. The cake was ready on time and we couldn't be more pleased with it. I will definitely be back anytime I need a beautiful cake.

Manal your cakes is one of the best I have tasted especially my all time favorite the Blueberry cake. Your Cafe is so homey, I luv the ambience and in a very good location as well. We love the pastries and desserts from this place and visit at least twice a month. The quality is consistently great. However, the service could be warmer—it often feels impersonal, more like shopping at a large chain than a local bakery. We never really feel welcomed when entering or selecting items, and a bit more friendliness would go a long way. Despite this, we’ll keep coming back for the delicious pastries
