We had McNuggets, French fries and cheese burger. The sauce we had was Spicy Habanero Sauce. It was delicious and yummy. We also ordered a Happy Meal. It came with a book AND toy! The music was amazing and I know some of the songs. We will DEFINITELY be here again. One last thing, I actually got three sauces.

I ordered 3 icecream fudge, 1 med coffee, and 2 large fries but instead I got two nuggets combo and a burger combo. This is unacceptable as my son wanted the icecream so bad. Thats not all, we waited for a long time almost an hour for this order. I ordered this through ubereats…. We waited sooo longg for thiss wrong order???!!!

I have been coming to this McDonald’s for a long time, and I am also a former employee who worked in customer service, so I understand how demanding the job can be. Today i came here around 12:40 am and it was one of the busiest days I’ve experienced here, yet the crew handled it with remarkable patience and professionalism. Despite the rush, they were not rude or frustrated with customers. Instead, they continued to interact politely, smiled when possible, and repeatedly apologized for any inconvenience caused by the long wait.
I truly felt sorry for the crew working tonight, as they were clearly under a lot of pressure. Situations like this highlight the need for better support and planning from management and higher-ups, such as ensuring adequate staffing during peak hours. The staff did their best under difficult circumstances, and their positive attitude and customer service deserve recognition. I hope the store owner and management take note and provide better support for such busy periods.

This is the WORST McDonald's in Vaughan. Don't come here if you expect your order to be correct, and prepared in a timely manner. There is NO reason I should be waiting 20 minutes in line for an iced coffee, muffin, and breakfast sandwich, only to be given the wrong items (reg coffee instead of sugar free and a sandwich on pancakes (?) instead of the normal sandwich bread.

Last night i went there to picking up delivery order its busy at drive thru and front counter.She asked my code and give delivery order right away. Gurpreet was really friendly and helpful 2 days ego when I visited McDonald’s. She took my order politely, made sure everything was correct, and had a positive attitude the whole time. All the sauces I ordered weren't in the bag when I got home. Still got charged for it and when I called they said either drive here again and pick it up or get refunded when you're here physically. Like why would I wanna drive all the way bag for a bunch of sauces after a long day that I had and just wanted to have meal??! And you can't just refund it you need me to physically be there!!!

I had one of the worst experiences at this McDonald’s location. I stood at the counter for more than 10 minutes, waiting to be served, while several employees were standing around talking to each other, walking back and forth, and clearly noticing me. Despite me politely calling out to them, they completely ignored me.
What made it even worse is that the manager was present on shift and also did absolutely nothing to correct the situation. The staff seemed to only care about the drive-thru, working actively there, while ignoring customers inside the restaurant.
This is unacceptable. If a customer is standing at the counter ready to order, the staff and manager should provide service, not pretend like the customer doesn’t exist. I will not be coming back to this location, and I strongly advise others to avoid it as well.
