I had one of the worst experiences at this McDonald’s location. I stood at the counter for more than 10 minutes, waiting to be served, while several employees were standing around talking to each other, walking back and forth, and clearly noticing me. Despite me politely calling out to them, they completely ignored me.
What made it even worse is that the manager was present on shift and also did absolutely nothing to correct the situation. The staff seemed to only care about the drive-thru, working actively there, while ignoring customers inside the restaurant.
This is unacceptable. If a customer is standing at the counter ready to order, the staff and manager should provide service, not pretend like the customer doesn’t exist. I will not be coming back to this location, and I strongly advise others to avoid it as well.

Order time is sketchy but mostly under 5 minutes for average orders
Food is decent like always and prices less in this area i believe in some items

I really like this McDonalds. There are so many dedicated employees that work to serve their customers as they should. The wait is a bit long, but food has never been served to me cold or not fresh. Plenty of seating, clean (especially the bathrooms!), and good to bring family here.
