I really like this McDonalds. There are so many dedicated employees that work to serve their customers as they should. The wait is a bit long, but food has never been served to me cold or not fresh. Plenty of seating, clean (especially the bathrooms!), and good to bring family here.

Drive thru was slow and unorganized. I ordered one burger with nothing else and it took the same amount of time for a family of 5
1. Worst of all: i orders egg blt, my order MISSES BACON! stunning.
2. Hash brown was wrecked. Overcooked and ruined. It was just a crunch.
3. The coffee cap wasn't secured. It made a mess in the car. It's so basic to secure the cap. Isn't it?
4. I ordered at 8:40 by phone. I reached the curbside at 8:50. And the order delivered to me 9:20 after I was so annoyed of waiting for too long to leave the car and went outside to look for my order ( since the updated my phone status of the order as COLLECTED, while it wasn't collected by me,by nearly 5 minutes). Let me say. It was such a horrible experience.
I will never order any food from this branch. Maybe just the coffee.
And let me say, don't even you coffee from them folks, because I am sure they don't change the filter as often, just serving awful tasting old coffee for such long time using one filter.
I used to work at a McDonald's, and I'm sure, who ever is in charge of instructing and mentorship does not know the job well.
Poor workers are just doing their best without being properly instructed.

I'm collecting that monopoly double play, but I already buying for a week there, spend for almost 50 just to get that, but no monopoly double play in everything I order.. at first I thought that I might order the thing that doesn't even have that. But after 2 days of ordering, i think that they really didn't gave me that one.. so I keep on going for a weeks but I really didn't get any.. I just go to mcdo again because of that..

Went to this McDonald’s at Steeles and Yonge area and was breastfeeding my baby when I felt like this man was pointing his camera at me! And he was! Camera on and trying to pan towards me .. I was like excuse me sir! Do not record me and he showed me his phone with the camera app opened and tried to say no I wasn’t I was just looking at my camera. The recording I got of him was just before I confronted him and after he panned to me twice! Inbelievable and disgusting! This McDonalds is filled with kids and moms because of the playplace! I’m so upset.
