I visited this location on October 27, 2025 at around 7:30 PM. My order number was 752, and they were already serving #757. When I asked where my order was one staff said ut is coming. After seeing order serve #759 I asked again and one young member reacted by saying āOh my goshā, which was rude and unprofessional.
Then another staff member told me my order was a ābig sandwiches orderā so they served others first. Excuse me ā I only ordered 2 Big Macs, 1 cheeseburger, and 1 Jr. Chicken. If thatās considered a ābig order,ā your team really needs better training.
One of the counter staff who said oh my gosh (Filipino girl working at 7:30 PM) was involved. This isnāt about her race but about poor customer service and lack of professionalism.
If the head office sees this, please train your staff properly. Customers should not be made to feel disrespected or ignored.

Very annoying service. I offered them to hire me with a good experience but they refused. Also I ordered an ice coffee without anything else but it took 10 minutes. What is your problem McDonladās you canāt give my service fast and you refuse to hire people? I really donāt get that you just waste peopleās time and making young people miserable by finding work

Crew and even the Manager DO NOT FOLLOW FOOD AND SAFETY PRACTICES! They are not using HAIRNET! The manager does the same and even serving people with big jeweries! Iām not going back on this branch ever again! Iām not gonna wait to see my food with hair!

The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. They showed no interest in welcoming customers, addressing their needs, or even doing the basic duties of their job. It was clear that customer satisfaction meant nothing to them. Honestly, Iām really disappointed in McDonaldās for having employees like this. Itās damaging to the brand and the overall experience. I truly hope they take more care in hiring and training staff in the future.
