I had an amazing evening at Mokutan Yakitori & Oyster Izakaya. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing over good food. The staff were attentive, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do. Each skewer we tried was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The oysters were fresh and a great complement to the grilled items. Overall a top-tier izakaya experience in the Toronto area — I’ll definitely be back!
We went here four times in the past week , food is quite surprise is the main reason we are going back . However , last night experience is terrible because of the waitress . First no welcome snake , and that’s fine caused we can eat popcorn at home anyway. Don’t let the heavy front door scare you - there’s really cool spot inside. The atmosphere and decor hits the sweet spot - it has a great nostalgic vibe. Food is fantastic, we got the militant set and every individual item were amazing with tons of flavour. Oyster and Oden also turned out great.
