TLDR: I got food poisoning 😭
We went to Nogi Sushi for their AYCE lunch on September 27, 2025. The staff were very friendly and welcoming right from the start, which was great. The lunch menu had a good variety, but the cooked dishes tasted like they’d been refried and weren’t very fresh.
As for the sushi and sashimi, we were initially happy to see sashimi included (even though it was limited), but it ended up being really disappointing — the sashimi tasted very fishy, a bit slimy, and definitely not fresh. It seemed like it had been frozen and then thawed, as some pieces were watery and lacked flavor.
Overall, the service was excellent but the food was mediocre. Unfortunately, I ended up with food poisoning afterward, so I won’t be returning. Eat at your own risk — just wanted to share my experience.

Maybe the food is better on-site, but the sashmi all had muscle and was chewy. The rice for their nigiri(sushi) was extremely dense.
Was planning to try ACYE here, but will definitely avoid now.

The food of course isn't super amazing, it's good and will get your fill in. But the reason this is getting 5 stars is because of the insane value! The lunch price is amazing and includes 10 pieces of each kind of sashimi, so you can really get your money's worth here too! The atmosphere is also really cute and quiet, and well laid out. Definitely coming back!

Waitress was rude during the whole meal. She did not even acknowledge us when asking why their QR code was not working. Table beside us found wire in her food...they gave her free can of pop. Will never go back.

Not great but not that bad. Would i come back?? Probably because it is really close and the price is not expensive. Would i recommend it? No. I chose this box because the other boxes did not look that great. Ibdisnt gwt napkins... the food came withput tempura sauce and there was no tea. All theae things i had to ask for. Truth is that there are better options availibe even if you factor in the price. The veggie tempura was 11.99 and the chicken was 12.99.

Yesterday Was my 6th time visiting this place, I paid in cash, but they didn’t waive the tax as usual even though that’s why I brought cash instead of using my credit card. At the end of the transaction, the server ( woman) told me twice — in a not nice way which, I found it offensive — “that the tip was not included.” I was already paying more than usual, but in front of my friend I didn’t want to look stingy, so I left an $8 tip. Overall, I left upset and disappointed. The food was not as fresh as always either.
