They hide the toppings away from counter so you can't see them and don't even know what's there. They ask if you want hot sauce and assume you want garlic sauce. Then get pissed off when you don't want garlic after they put it on. Owner is a real dick and has to approve remaking order after they make it the way they want, not the way you want. Been to other Osmows. This one is bottom of the barrel.
