Palgong Tea Steeles

Ordered twice through Uber Eats.
1. Ordered hot drink, it wasn't sealed and spilt everywhere. (usually other bubbletea shop also seal hot drink cup.)
2. Ordered iced caramel dalgona milk tea and I found a hair inside of the cup. (I thought it was outside but it was inside.)

You would think in an extremely competitive market such as bubble tea, your business practices would be tight.
If you say you open at 12pm on a Saturday, then damn well be ready to serve!
Having traveled specifically to your location to be told you’re not ready for another 40 minutes is appalling.
Be honest with customers, don’t assume no one comes in at 12.
Your products are great but I think your growing success is loosing your edge.
Get better.

I am a new customer at palgong tea, So yesterday evening I bought samosas from the store. Something I noticed immediately was, the wrapping of samosas was so pretty .. Even I have brought samosas from many other indian stores earlier( I am a super foodie, so you know!), but I haven't seen such a beautiful wrapping for samosas till date, which made me eat it.. The barista girl was also really friendly and respectful. Their bubble tea is also amazing.. But I have to say this, I will never forget that wrapping❤️

Mint chocolate is good if you like that flavour otherwise it's like toothpasteTaro milk tea pretty good but soooo purpleMacaron is horrible tastes like cardboard not sweet at

Ended up ordering via SkiptheDishes. Got the Caramel Oat Shaken Espresso and was good. But didn't get the Tiramisu cake because the person from this place forgot or overlooked my order. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. They had 20 minutes to make the order with only two items and still manage to mess it up. I'm pretty sure not all locations are like this, but I won't be recommending this place to anyone.

BEWARE: Drinks these people sell contain so much Saturated Fat, peoples arteries are getting clogged. Their drinks should be banned in Canada period.

The passionfruit green tea with tapioca pearls was refreshing! The person working behind the counter was very friendly and efficient...we ordered six drinks at once!

Clean and aesthetic bubble tea shop. Location was a bit difficult to find because the store was hidden away behind some shops. Keep in mind there is NO seating area which is unfortunate. This location would be a nice place to study given how quiet it is.Drinks were decent. Went for the Black Friday $2.99 deal.Mint chocolate milk tea - one of my favourites. Very unique combination and worth the value. 5/5Matcha smoothie - very smooth and delicious, especially for the summer. Not too sweet but just enough to taste hints of matcha. 5/5Cherry vanilla tea (hot) - could be better. The tea gets bitter if the teabag sits in the cup for a while. Not a lot of cherry flavour. 2/5Earl grey milk tea - unique flavour combination. Very subtle but very tasty. 4/5

Service was fine but this might be one of the worst bbts I've had. Why is it so watered down compared to other bbts?

Stingy. Paid $.75 for bubbles amd they gave me a spoonful of it. To me BBT is all about bubbles and when you were given that little...it ruins everything. We ordered 3 drinks and added bubbles to all and 2 layers bubbles is all we got. The milk tea tastes pretty good, the lychee oolong is all right. But the bubbles...not again. There are so many options out there I dont need to settle for this. 5 mins drive to what I call Bbt plaza(midland ave north of finch. think it is causeway plaza) There you can find Alley, Tiger, Suntea, Chatime, Cha Miao Miao, xin Fu Tang, Bon Tea, Bobba Boy. And if all fails there is always my favorite ,the super consistent Coco down the street. I ordered on app so cannot say much about the service so I gave it a 3.
