Food packaging is not good for delivery orders. I asked the employee to put the drinks in a bag as customer doesnot like the drivers to touch their drinks while delivering. That employee got mad and gave me negative rating for pick door dash order. I would appreciate if you guys improve packaging and do like other stores.

Had a lg Pep pizza last night and it was excellent. Much better than any other quick service chain. Excellent amount of cheese and tasted great. Will definitely return.

The customer service at this place was awful, at least make good pizza. $50 for pizza and wings, but not worth it. Who puts veggies as the first layer, then puts the meat as 2nd layer, and cheese as the 3rd layer? I'm never spending my money at Papa John's again to be honest. Hire the worst people and have a tip option at the debit machine when I'm a walk in customer. What a joke this was.

genuinely worst service ever waiting 20 minutes so for them to take our order then finally someone walked up and said we had to wait 20 minutes cuz they were busy. 40 min later i come back and they seem irritated that im asking and say 20 more minutes
