PHO NGON DAT VIET

Not always consistent, but at least 80% of the visits the food meets expectation and still one of the best pho in Toronto: deliscious broth and fresh meat in the pho; the chicken rice dish was also great. Things are tasty and refreshing. Appetizer not bad either. (one to two times the pho does taste soggy, maybe the chef was not on duty?).

Food was good 2 star bc some aunties singing made my ears bleed it was full hour of FULL VOLUME karaoke. The kids in-front of my table were covering their ears, I could not hear the person in front of me

Everyone here is so friendly. Food is authentic and portions are enormous! My family and I make sure we come back atleast twice a week. Highly recommend!

I tried the chicken rolls and beef and it’s amazing. I also really loved the atmosphere. I would recommend to come here with family or alone.

The staff were incredibly kind and sweet. Our 4 year old knocked over a full pitcher of water, and staff immediately came to clean. They were so patient with us.
The restaurant is beautiful and spotlessly clean.

Dear Manager and everyone who can see my review,

This is my real account and I have no reason to waste time using a virtual account to review such a restaurant like this. I reviewed to show everyone what your restaurant management is really like. If your restaurant really treated its employees well, I wouldn't have to comment like that. And if your restaurant's food was really as good as its price, there wouldn't be this comment. As a business owner, there must be times when you receive good or bad reviews, but no one only looks at the bad side of a business. The important thing is how that business faces and responds to comments and how polite and professional it is. And that is something you cannot do. So please, change your attitude towards customers ( not only me but also for others, and respect them before you leave any rude response like that)!
You can report or do whatever you want because it just shows that you’re afraid to confront with these fact!!!

If you guys wanna apply here for any position, I suggest that you shouldn’t do that. The working environment is toxic and the way they talk to staff is so rude. The food here is dirty too. Tbh, this is my worst experience ever ?

Went here for dinner tonight and had chicken with rice. Halfway through my meal my wife noticed some part of the chicken looks like not fully cooked. Mine was the same but it was too late because I ate some of it. An hour later I had yo go to washroom multiple times. I’m so disappointed.

Followed the direction to the mall at 700 Lawrence only to find that it’s a food court stall with no name sign and was told that this was their restaurant. We left feeling confused and frustrated.
