We were there for lunch on Tuesday, not so busy. Yet the waitress seemed v impatient. Pho soup was just warm not hot
Large is not large AND No taste. 👎🏼👎🏼
Spring rolls overpriced & too salty , the sauce is also too plain and too salty
Hardly any Asian customers in there, this is a sign that the food is not authentic nor good, most pho restaurants you can tell by the delicious smell as soon as you walk in, this place; nothing.
No herb, no real chili for pho.
Not recommendable on their mango salad or spring rolls.
For what we got, this place is way overpriced. V v disappointed.
(We had planned to go to a different one but found out it closes on Tuesday)

We stopped by this pho restaurant for lunch and was genuinely impressed. The broth had a deep, comforting flavor without being too salty, and the portions were generous. The brisket and meatballs were tender, and the noodles were perfectly cooked. Service was quick, and the staff checked in often without being intrusive. The restaurant was clean and had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!
The only setback is the price 😔

The pho was good. We also ordered chicken wings, they were horrible. Felt like the meat was frozen for a while and then cooked somehow before fried. Bad. The kids didn't like it either. We returned the wings and they still charged us for it! Which is cheap and rude. Please use the 16$ for buying some fresh chicken.

I visited this restaurant for a while and never had a complain, but today at around 5:00pm unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I ordered my meal and found a HAIR in the dish. The staff came, analyzed it and yes they knew right away it was a LONG HAIR…. So they apologized and replaced it, which I appreciated.
However, when it came time to pay, I was surprised that they still charged me full price. After finding a hair in my food, I expected at least a discount or some gesture of goodwill. Instead, the lady at the cashier told me I had to pay the full amount regardless.
Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them makes a big difference. In this case, I didn’t feel taken care of as a customer. I hope they improve their customer service moving forward.
Very nice pho

Pho Viet Xpress is a great spot for quick, fresh Vietnamese food. The pho broth is rich and flavorful, the noodles are cooked perfectly, and the portions are generous. The spring rolls and banh mi are also really good and taste homemade. The service is fast and friendly, making it an easy choice for lunch or a casual dinner. It’s one of those reliable places where you always leave satisfied.

My family like this restaurant and we’ve been going in this restaurant for like almost decade but today is very unfortunate. I ordered chicken soup for my wife but I turned very bad experience the soup taste spoil taste like very more than 2 weeks chicken brooth it was very sour (disgusting) my wife has very familiar taste of it because this soup type of soup she usually order for dine in! I’m disappointed customer service really bad. I called the restaurant one lady said bring it back and so I took back and exchange it, could have been refunded the cost instead offering another one that is beef brooth into chicken slices and vegetables very ODD. Poor customer service ! NOT RECOMMEND!

My family's new go-to place for pho! I love how neat and clean the restaurant is. The utensils come in hot water, so I don’t have to wipe off any grease before eating. They’re also very thoughtful—when you're dining with children, they provide scissors, an extra bowl, and a ladle. I honestly can’t tell the difference between the large and extra-large bowl sizes, but my family orders extra-large anyway… one thing to mention: it would be nice if they could replace the old booster seats and highchairs.. they're worn out & dirty

I’ve been here since the opening ot this restaurant and everything was good the food was good and this time the service wasn’t good,we order extra rice but I was upset because she put it far away where our food are,I went to the cashier and ask where’s the supervisor but she’s very rude and very disrespectful and told me I wasnt nice ,I’m telling them next time she should put our order close to our food but she’s very very rude and I don’t think I should come back again that place so sad because I really like that restaurant

I can’t believe they now charge $18 for a small bowl of pho. I stopped coming here because their broth is inconsistent and came back to this pricing. So many other places with better pho in the area! No thanks

I love the food. Very tasty. I love the management as well. My fried rice was a bit little from the one displayed on the picture. But I still like it.

#403A. Decided to take out and eat at the top of Downsview park, very delicious and did not have to wait long even though I didn’t order in advance! Very generous portions as well! Will come back next time in Toronto.
