They gave me a burnt pizza with a hair and a sauce that i dint order it was sticky with hair and they were wearing sandals and no gloves and no hairnet we saw one of them in the back eating their nails and worker always have an airpod and they were talking and the spit went in my food

When I was at Pizza Pizza, I ordered a Mediterranean Vegetarian slice and a regular Mediterranean slice. The employee working there—I don’t know her name—put both slices in the oven and cooked them for exactly 12 minutes, which clearly overcooked them and made them burnt. She ended up having to replace the order, but instead of giving me another Mediterranean Vegetarian slice like she was supposed to, she told me there were none left and handed me a plain cheese slice instead. That slice is not the same in terms of flavor or price, and she didn’t even bother to ask if that was okay. I also can’t eat pepperoni for personal reasons, and although that wasn’t the issue this time, her careless attitude made me feel like my needs could easily be ignored.
What made it worse is that this isn’t the first time I’ve seen her act unprofessionally. I’ve witnessed her being rude and dismissive to many students before—she often looks annoyed when taking orders and has an overall negative attitude. In my opinion, someone like that should not be working in customer service. It’s not just about one burnt pizza, it’s about the way she treats people and the complete lack of effort to fix her own mistakes. Something needs to be done about it, because it’s clearly a recurring issue.

Place is dirty. Pizza is always undercooked or even raw when I order it well done. Service is abysmal as the staff socialize and hang out in the back as I wait to place an order. When I have ordered delivery. Delivered can take up to two hours and still I receive an undercooked soggy pizza. No more. I’ll send my business to Pizza Nova or Dominos as the only reason I get pizza from there is the Poppers and even the last time they were completely overcooked and burnt. This place is a joke avoid and go support other locations that will treat you with respect. The owner called me at one point years ago and used profane language and laughed at me. I gave them another chance after a three year hiatus. I got a crushed raw pizza and burnt poppers. They just don’t care.

The location at google map is wrong. Ended up wonder for 40 min before going to the food area in front of Hodan and, surprisingly, finding Pizza Pizza in different location.

Ordered pizza and requested Italian seasoning.The box is full of salt. The pizza is very salty that you cannot even take a bite of it. On the website it says you can order Fanta but when you get to the store they say we don’t have it. This is ridiculous.
