I ordered a cheese pizza tonight around 11 PM (Friday), and the manager Naveed was extremely rude. I simply asked if he could cut the pizza into 4 slices, and he replied arrogantly, “Do it yourself.” When I asked for a dipping sauce, he said, “Tell me in advance whatever you need.”
This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from a manager. The service was very cheap and unprofessional. Treating customers like this shows zero respect. With staff like this, no customer would ever want to come back. This was a very disappointing experience, and I strongly request that you take immediate action on this matter.

I recently visited this Pizza Pizza location, and my experience was very disappointing. The person at the front counter was not customer-friendly at all and made me feel uncomfortable with the way he was looking at me. On top of that, the restaurant was not clean — the floor and tables didn’t look well-maintained. Overall, it didn’t feel like a welcoming or hygienic place to eat. I hope the management looks into improving customer service and cleanliness.

Bought a pizza, ate a slice, and found a sharp piece of metal in my mouth after almost breaking a tooth on it . Called customer service, spent almost 30 minutes on hold after confirming my information, and was told a relevant team would help me further. I was then hung up on and no one has called me back. Disgusting.

I’ve been to Pizza Puzza a few times with my brother, but honestly the experience keeps getting worse. The service is really bad – the staff are not respectful at all. Last time, the girl serving us was acting rude and bossy, almost like she was telling me what I had to do instead of just taking my order. It made me feel stressed and uncomfortable, and I even started panicking a little in my head because of the way she was acting. On top of that, the food isn’t good and the atmosphere feels off – not welcoming at all. Overall, it’s just not a place I would recommend anymore.

They gave me black pizza- it was very burned, I guess somebody returned one, terrible. They usually ask 15 min for cooking but they needed just 3 min on the day. Justing warming up and serving. That terrible taste made me avoid the pizza for a while, but today, I bought the pizza in the Gino's pizza. It is really good. Fresh & tasty.

the staff here is super nice and helpful not only in terms of food but in other ways to for example they let me their power plug to charge my phone and the manager ara there is the really kind and helpful
