Who leaves the pizzas on the floor of condo entrance after taking 1 hour? The delivery instructions were clear. The pizza was cold and horrible. Never order from here.

UPDATE THE LAST PHOTO THE REPLACEMENT WINGS LOL REALLY ... WOW ... AND 1.5 HOURS LATER .Really disappointed after a 60 dollar order our pizza arrived ice cold and dry wings had no sauce customer service at the call center was great but then the store called me directly not to happy I complained and asked for it to be re sent out and told me to make sure I send back all the original food with the driver after customer service specifically said do not give the old food back because I did ask if I should she said no it's not common practice to take back the food . Iv had great food from pizzaville at other locations but this one never again .

I ordered quite a bit of food for pick-up for our office Halloween party this week. I was worried it might not be ready in time for lunch (as Halloween makes things that much busier!) but to my surprise I was in and out with all our food in under three minutes. The man working behind the counter even helped me bring it all to my car. What a relief! Delicious as always, too. I will continue to order from here for our office.

Very disturbing! Where to start? The location is dirty the seats are all worn out. The old man is super rude. I complained about the extra cheese he flipped out on me. Grabbed the bill out of my hand! I felt assaulted. I wanted to throw water at his face or slap him but I stopped myself. Please avoid yourself the trouble and the agony. Pizzaville is delicious just avoid this location and the old man.

If you have a plan to eat pizza, find somewhere else. it is not pizza at all. last time I guessed there was a problem, and today I figured out that they can't make a pizza. Don't waste your money at this store.

Wow !!!!! This wow is for the wrong reasons.Ordered two slices. Paid and drove back to work and was shocked for what I got. Got 6 slices!!! 2 slices per one. So I have one extra slice.My fault for not checking the bill or watching them bag them. All was piled in one bag pizza onto paper plates .So when I opened the bag everything was stuck together to the paper plates. All six slices. two slices. Pepperoni slices barely had sauce or cheese on top and tasteless. 14 dollars later.
Ordered a large 3 topping, half pepperoni and sausage for pick up. They forgot the toppings.Edit: cust service credited the pizza. Still 1 star because it's -17c outside.
