Bad service, looks like they don’t want to serve us. I bought 4 pcs and they gave all dark meat. We had to ask them again and again to get 1/2 white. Very bad service just feels like they don’t care

This place owes me multiple chicken sandwiches. Every time I order a chicken sandwich I request it with "no pickles". I say it multiple times to make sure they understand. And they get annoyed at me for repeating myself. Yet even after repeating myself they still end up screwing up my order and I end up having to throw out my sandwich because they messed up. This has happened so many times. I recommend nobody come here since they can't even do something so basic, I wouldn't trust this place. There was also one time last year when I came here and ended up waiting nearly an hour to get my food. There was nobody ahead of me in line. They told me it would be around 8 minutes, but clearly they can't tell time either.

Expired and spoiled chicken wings. Bought them at 7pm on Saturday night. I felt the taste was not right when I ate them. I had diarrhea in the middle of the night and the whole day the next day. I will not go there again. The current food safety situation is too bad. In order to save costs, they don't consider the quality of the ingredients at all. I have always liked their chicken wings for more than ten years, but now the experience is too bad.

Whatever, taste awful! The french fries and the chicken wings were stayed too long in the warmer. It's horrible dry and not fresh.
