My young daughter and I came here for dinner on a whim as dinner at home didn’t work out. The chicken was fresh and crispy, the onion rings were pretty good, too, and my daughter was very happy that they offer a side of Mac and cheese. The table we ate at was clean and the staff was friendly. A 5-piece tender “platter” was easily enough food for a grown man and his 9 year old.

Great food, but service is pathetic. I was given a 7-10minutes time for my order completion, and it took 25+ mins instead to wait for French fries. The lady in front literally took care first of people who came in 10mins later than I did.Fyi, only the fries were missing, not the fried chicken. Other people ordered chicken meals too (not just the wings or sandwiches, which they had on hand or was made to order) and they were served first.Usually not a bad place for take out. Maybe I just got unlucky on who was there.

Gave me a super tiny chicken leg in the daily special meal.

Ordered 5 piece tenders combo and Famous chicken sandwich combo. They gave me the wrong order, I got a 3 piece chicken combo instead of tenders and didn't receive a receipt to prove it. I assume owner came in mid order and asked for a few sandwiches and combos to go mid order, I assume my order got mixed up. Not a big deal but a little disappointed when I opened the box.More importantly, I can tell the kitchen guy wasn't well, he sneezed in his hand and coughed a few times while waiting for my food. I'm not the most observant person but it was obvious. Employer should do what is right instead of picking up free meals.

With no KFC nearby, this chicken restaurant has a near monopoly on chicken in the area. The staff is friendly and very efficient, as the restaurant runs like a well oiled machine. I always order the chicken tenders with a side of fries. The tenders are real chicken, i.e. not processed like subway or McNuggets. I like dipping them in both BBQ and Buffalo sauces. The fries are well seasoned, no need to add salt. Unfortunately, located on highway 7, traffic is always a factor, you may want to avoid rush hour times. I work less than 1 km away and can take 10-15 to travel to.Parking: Shares a large parking lot with about 10 other businesses, never had a problem finding a spot

We went in at 9pm and wanted to dine in and the cashier said we are not allowed even tough they close at 10pm, and the cashier said no to us dining in and he even did not feeling like cooking our food, for what reason?

If the store is quiet, the chicken is soggy, steamy after pick up. So this is truly a hit or miss. Some of the deals they let you swap out (biscuits for Mac and cheese for example - but for 4 biscuits they give you a small mac and cheese, is it worth it?) Restaurant is fairly clean, it's a fast food store not a Michelin restaurant. Staff are typically pretty friendly every time I visit.
