My fruit tea, “no sugar”, was super, super sweet. How come??? No small size provided here. Small on menu crossed out by pen. Is this universal?? Staff not friendly at all. Maybe just in a bad mood??

I enjoy Presotea over other bubble tea places, during to its consistency at all locations I've been to. I've been to this location many times, not the friendliest, but I'm not here for customer service, and even though they have the input pad for your points, they don't seem to know about it. Overall, I'm happy with the taste

Cheap bubble tea but terrible quality. Very diluted drinks terribly mixed (literally can see layers between the drinks).

The bud was side eyeing me from ordering till pick up making me feel I’m begging for food at food bank with a mean staff. However, the bud immediately Changed her attitude totally to a white gentleman. Politely say hi, helping him ordering and say thank you after he paid. Then she magically changed her face again into the funeral mood to a next customer, of course Asian like me. Thank you for your incredible lesson for a history class of food bank experience in Great Depression USA and demonstrating what is treat people differently based on their race🥰

Staff was quick and efficient in the whole process, from taking my order to my drink being served. Had to ask for tissues, which she offered a tissue box… Wish they had to-go tissues for customers.

Mango Slush was awesome. They make it perfectly at Presotea. Also, tried the Lychee Green Tea which was good and refreshing.

Terrible customer service. The short haired women that calls the order number clearly has a bad temper. She has a thick accent, and when she calls for "twelve", it sounded like "taro". When I approached her (I didn't even get to ask her yet), she had the audacity to scold me telling me to "listen carefully"?? If you are so upset doing this job , maybe you should find a different one. Avoid this location, there are many other great presto tea locations, where I never had issues like this.
