my mom and i come to this location often and it’s great. we’ve been served by tom multiple times and he’s an amazing server. he has great attention to detail and is super nice :) would definitely recommend asking for him if you come to this location

If you are expecting the service and did from 20 years ago... Forget about it. By today's standard it's good. The biscuits are still great. The dishes are still delicious, just smaller and the servers a bit less attentive given the price.

Honestly I usually really like this location. It's much better than the location closer to me in Brampton but I went last night and I was pretty disappointed.
I know the biscuit quality has definitely gone down over the years but this time they were just incredibly dry and not very warm when they got to our table.
I got the trio of shrimp which I usually really like, but this time it was really meh. Less shrimp then they usually give, they were smaller, not very warm by the time they got to our table and they didn't have the same flavour they usually have. The frozen coconut shrimp you can get from Walmart seemed better quality than the ones last night. Got the mashed potatoes topped with their lobster hollandaise style sauce and it was OK, not bad just a little too salty.
My partner got the lobster and shrimp linguini which again was OK..not a lot of lobster or shrimp though.. shrimp had an extra fishy taste, watery sauce but the flavour was OK, but for $30 it was kind of a rip off.
And then the dessert. A piece of cheesecake that tasted like it was sitting in a freezer for a decade, not all the way thawed, topped with some smuckers strawberry sauce and a couple microscopic pieces of sour straberries that they drowned in the sauce to try to hide how horrible they were..I get strawberries aren't exactly in season but I seriously thought it was a joke when it came out..for $15 dollars after tax! Definitely the most disappointing part of the meal.
The atmosphere was nice, if a bit dated, the server was friendly and we got seated right away, Those were the positive aspects. (It was Friday night and the place was almost empty that maybe should have been the first hint they have gone down a bit in quality) But for 2 people to go out, get no alcoholic drinks or appetizers and to spend $110 dollars after tip I'm definitely expecting something better than what I experienced last night. Probably won't be returning to that location .
This is one of the nicer places. Well kept and doesn't look run down.

I use to come here a lot when I was little but haven’t been in a long time. This evening we went for my dad’s birthday dinner. Our sever was named Diana. She was very attentive and informative. Great service and great food. Would definitely recommend and be back for another occasion.
