Revitasize Natural Juice Kitchen

The shakes and food are extremely legit! Not high in sugar and very high in the “good stuff”.

I used to go to Booster Juice and later once researched I found the sugar content in their shakes is like drinking a can of coke, I made a change.

I love their products and their simplicity.

I asked for hot sauce on the side and they charged me $2 for an almost empty container.

I find them to be extremely overpriced overall.

When I walked in, I was greeted by very friendly staff. It was my first time coming in, so I was unsure of what to order. I spoke with Erica and she was extremely knowledgeable on the menu items and had an amazing description of each item. She got my order together with great timing while serving others. It was a great atmosphere, and I will definitely be coming back here next time I'm in the area. Highly recommend the Revitasize Thornhill location. Great knowledge staff clean facilities and a fantastic all-round experience.

I have been to this place twice in last 10 days, different ladies taking the order, no acknowledgement or smile, felt unwelcomed. First time had a bowl- some ultimate or supreme one, it just was super cold but no taste. All i tasted was peanut butter. Zuccini muffin was tasteless. Second time got a smoothie, all i could taste was peanut butter. Thankfully choco chip muffin was slightly better. Wont be back.

They rarely answer the phone to place pick up orders and when they do they don't prepare the correct order. They have difficulty processing gift cards. The staff are nice, but seem to be lacking experience in customer service and efficiency.

Young staff (lunch hours) is ignorant and rude. Waiting time too long, no apologies. Doesn’t know how to identify delivery items and customer’s name.Very unprofessional! Will not recommend it to anyone.

The service has gotten so bad here. It went down last year and now it’s really not good. The smoothies and food are expensive but everytime I have gotten 1 they are missing ingredients. My friends and I used to be loyal weekly customers, I just avoid it now and tell those that ask to avoid this place.

A lovely place with full of healthy drinks and foods. There are so many nice people who work like Mariana, Ivan and others. So nice behavior and I am happy to enjoy my breakfast there also eat brunch and takeout master bowl. I recommend this branch in Richmond Hill for everyone.
