Revitasize Natural Juice Kitchen

I have been to this location a number of times and the service has always been amazing. The staff is great and a special shoutout to Maria who has a wonderfully warm presence and wants customers to feel good about their experience, in fact, I always manage to leave the store feeling better than when I arrived. That's rare today. If quality matters to you, this is the place for you.
I have come to love all their products because of their pure and organic ingredients and my only dilemma is deciding what to purchase... cause they're all so delicious!

This establishment is one of a kind. I ordered the mints to Merrick supreme drink. It was incredible. The muffins were delicious. My favourite part was the noodles. Oh my God do they not have the most amazing selection of food and the staff are so nice the lady that was served me was so impressive. I even wanna open my own restaurant.It’

Extremely disappointing experience lately. I’ve been a regular customer, but the last few visits have been frustrating. I love the açai bowls and sandwiches, but employees are chatting loudly in the back while customers wait. It is very unprofessional. I waited over 20 minutes for two simple sandwiches that require no cooking. That kind of delay is unacceptable for a quick-service place.

I genuinely want to support this business, but the lack of urgency and professionalism from the team is making it hard. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves training, supervision, and service standards before more loyal customers start walking away

Worst customer service

I've been going to Revitasize for many years and this location is my favourite! The staff here (Alexia, Maria, and Ivan) are wonderful and create a welcoming atmosphere with top-notch service. I love that they take the time to get to know their customers and it feels like no matter how busy they are, they truly care about creating a great experience. One time, I stopped by right before heading to the airport and mentioned I was traveling and a bit stressed because I was pressed for time. They quickly prepared my sandwich and even left a sweet note! It's the little touches like this that make me want to keep going back! When I ate my sandwich on the plane a couple hours later (which still tasted great), it put a smile on my face. 😊

If you're looking for a variety of healthy options, this is the place to go! My favourites are the Maca power smoothie with a shot of espresso (for when you want the extra boost of energy), the wild berry toast with almond butter, and the tunacado sandwich if you're looking for something more savoury and filling!

This is the best location imo because of the staff. They dont look upset at me for ordering a smoothie and actually try to make it taste good and smooth. Thanks everyone youre awesome.
