Saw that the food is good but the service is bad, so I still give it a try.
Service - The old Korean lady charged us 4.52 more by mistake. We told her about this and she showed that she just realized this. She calculated the refund but it was wrong for countless time and tried to accused that we were wrong. We tried to communicate with her but her manner was so bad. We ended up getting the correct amount with her but the experience before getting the food was already bad.
Food - I ordered spicy cold noodle and it was with kimchi as side dishes. From the comment, it seems that the kimchi is homemade - yes it is, it tasted so bad. As a kimchi lover, I even didn’t want to finish it. It was all with garlic and spicy flavour only. The spicy cold noodle was not cut so it was difficult to chew them. They added too much sesame oil. The spicy sauce and the soup is ok but not good.
To conclude, the food is not good enough that I would like to bear that crazy Korean old lady’s service next time to order from them. Rather order at Tao Tao.

Originally, stews taste better when they are boiled for a long time. time is ok I like the price if I pay in cash. However, the woman's very conversational tone reminds me of the old woman's house in Seoul. A place where you have to wait in line even though you get scolded... If you think that way, I can understand the way the owner is talking. hehe

The food was good. I had a gamja tang (pork bone soup) and it was as good as the other Korean restauraunts I've been to.

This is a generous three stars BTW. The worst aspect of this dining experience was the elderly lady taking our order. The opposite of gracious and a detriment to this Korean food kiosk. The bulgogi was pretty good at least to my palate. I suggest the serving is a little on the small side given the price point ($14.99). Won't patronize SamGol in the future. If I happen to be up this way again I'll try Kim's Kitchen which has a 4.4 rating. PS the food court is decent which bumped up the "atmosphere" rating to 3 stars. If I rated "atmosphere" solely on the employee interaction it would be 1 star.

The worst restaurant I've ever been to.Waiting for more than 30 mins. The old lady only told you to wait. She and one customer who is eating in front of the food serving table and talking without covering other customer's food trays. I wait for another 15 mins. at that time no other customers' food was served. I asked to cancel my order and she gave me the money shorter than I had paid and just waved and asked me to leave. So rude!! What a horrible experience.!! I don't mind to wait but you have to let customers know!

I observed a lady in the restroom using the toilet; however, she didn't wash her hands with soap. Instead, she briefly ran water over her hands and returned to the shop. I believe it would be beneficial for individuals working in the food industry to maintain a higher standard of hygiene. After seeing that, definitely I am not likely trying this restaurant.

very disappointed. used to be my favourite soup. but now the quality have huge variation, the taste is totally different with before. They said that was because they forgot to put salt but i dont think it was the case.

Worst customer experience! Although the food was quite good and seemed authentic, the serving staff was so rude and mean if customers cannot speak in Korean. The lady in front of us was yelled at just because she asked for a take out bowl (in English). When our meal was ready, I asked for a spoon for the cold noodles. She tossed it to me rudely and said “Korean don’t use spoon”. How ridiculous! I am not asking for any exceptional experience from a food court but just some basic courtesy and respect!
