We ordered Korean BBQ all you can eat but the gas grill wasn’t working on and off. The staff could not fix it so in the end we have to change our order…. However, food we ordered Soontofu, fish stew etc was just ok at best. Very disappointing.

Went to ask about take out. All I got was pretty rude responses from the person working there that they don't do take-out, which clearly states take-out is one of the option. Not sure how the food is but I don't need to be giving my money to a rude establishment with poor attitude

This used to be a good restaurant, with a good service. Went back after 5 years and the service is poor. They let us wait at the table for approximately 5 minutes, no menu or tea. There were customers that arrived after us and was served tea right away. Nobody came and acknowledge us so we left. Not coming back anymore in this restaurant obviously they don't need our business.

Update: I had a function here in a private room for about 30 people. The food was set up buffet style. We had three staff serving all of us. The food was fantastic and the service stellar! The waitresses even packed up all the food into carry-home containers for guests. Please keep in mind that we were in a private room and not in the general customer area. If you have a private function this restaurant delivers - 5 stars! I would not hesitate to recommend it for this purpose.
It was clean and nice inside. It was my first time in a long time here. The food was prepared and served quickly because it was not busy.
All the meals of my party of five were good but lacked the punch to get them up to five stars. Given the plethora of Korean restaurants in this area I would probably recommend others before this. Also keep in mind that none of us ordered the BBQ that you cook at the table, which this restaurant specializes in.

Don’t recommend this place. They often turn you away when the restaurant is half full because they haven’t staffed accordingly and can’t handle having too many customers. I had a friend in from Korea and thought I’d take her here but was turned away rudely because I was insistent that there were plenty of tables open. Just a heads up! Heard the food was good but didn’t get that far.

Worst experience ever today. On a weekday night, went with party that came from a far away city hoping to have some good korean bbq. We ordered appetizers- which were not served until we almost finished our barbecue (after reminding them three times). They ran out of rice- out of six bowls of rice that we were supposed to get, we received two. Constantly reminding them about what we ordered, even to just get a fork. This is the second time I visited within the last month. Both times the service was extremely slow. Will not be returning even if the food tastes decent.
