On December 15, I ordered food for takeout. After 40 minutes they said your food is not ready and I have to wait for next 30 minutes. This was while I paid the price of food. When I canceled my order because of unreasonable delay and asked them to refund my money back, amazingly, they said we they don't have any refund.
I raised the issue in writing to complain and sue them with the government of Canada.
Their service, rudeness and behavior is unique in the world!!!
Never go to any of this poor quality location.

I recently visited this restaurant and was disappointed with the overall experience. The service was very poor, mainly because they seemed to be short-staffed. I had to wait an unreasonably long time to place my order and even longer to pay the bill.
The food I ordered was Gheimeh stew with rice, which is a classic Persian dish. However, instead of the traditional fries that are an essential part of this dish, it was served with hickory sticks. This completely altered the taste of the stew and was not acceptable for a Persian restaurant claiming to serve authentic cuisine.
Additionally, the atmosphere lacked warmth. I didn’t feel welcomed or valued as a customer, which added to the overall dissatisfaction.
The only positive part of today’s experience was about the tasty soup was served at first.
I hope the restaurant addresses these issues, as it has the potential to offer a much better experience.

The food is of very poor quality, and the staff is impatient and rude. The beans, rice and meat were not edible at all, very spicy.

Baghali-polo was very very spicy. I believe they added pepper instead of salt. When I complained, they offered me just the rice with a very bad attitude.

Last week, my family and I went to this restaurant, and unfortunately, it was a very bad experience. The kebab was okay, but the chicken was undercooked, and it made all of us sick. My daughter loves kebabs, but that meal ended up causing food poisoning for my entire family. It was truly disappointing and a night we won’t forget for all the wrong reasons. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they seriously improve their food safety standards.

A really disappointing experience. Don't order Zershkpolo there. Old chicken, it tasted off and not even visually apatizing. The Koobideh was tasty but cold (how that can be possible??? It's supposed to be off the grill)! The bread was cold and Zeytoon parvardeh was not fresh, too.
Tne one star is for the salad and fresh onion (excluding the sauce). The rice was OK.
The staff were friendly and nice and the washroom was clean.

Shaterabbas offers amazing Persian food with the utmost quality! Our experience was elevated when the server surprised us with a complimentary soup, which was absolutely delicious. The food, service, and ambiance make this a fantastic place to dine. Highly recommend this location to everyone looking for an authentic and memorable meal!

As a returning customer, my family and I keep ordering from here. The food is good and sometimes the service is also good but sometimes it isn't. Like for example once I was not feeling good to eat food, and my mother ordered from here and they gave her more than one tomato and many peppers. Now as someone that LOVES peppers, I couldn't eat all of them, which made me sad. But I thought, well next time we order we say to put the same amount. But guess what?? Tonight my mother ordered food in person there and asked for more than one pepper. When she arrived home there was just ONE SMALL pepper and one tomato.... what... ??????? It's disappointing to have that happen to a regular customer

I do not recommend this restaurant at all. The service was very bad, with staff being unprofessional and unhelpful. Save your time and money—there are much better places to eat.

I went to the restaurant shatter Abbas for hot and fresh soup, a tall lady came behind the counter after calling 5 times and I asked her for a bowl of soup, I asked if it was fresh and cooked today, she said no! He said no! I said it was baked 3 days ago. He said I don't know, maybe even more than a week ago ???!!!!! The lady kept the bowl with her fingers from inside first while was talking about the left over soup !then I asked her don't touch inside the bowl with your dirty finger then she wore gloves and took the other plastic small bowl for 10$!!!!
I was surprised by this acceptance of the customer!!!! I said that I should complain here because you give leftover food to people!! He said the truth and I told you, I didn't buy anything!!!!!!!! Please don't trust Shater Abbas, they sell leftover food at high prices!!! ?Zero customer service and hygiene and healthy food, !!!!!I went to Parisian store and bought fresh barley soup , I never ever go to shared Abbas again!!!
The old management was amazing
These new management and staff are horrible in customer service!!!
