BEST SHAWARMA EVER!!We had their Shawarma in Laffa and the Main Shawarma dish on rice with salad and pita bread. Their shawarma is amazing!! It’s juice and flavourful. Quantities are generous. I’m finding it hard to wrap my mind around the fact that I paid over $100 for the three mains and one appetizer that I ordered, and the size and quality of these portions. The lamb kefta was half raw with vegetables that were soaked in so much oil that they were inedible. I think we had the amount of two spoonfuls of shawarma in the main meal and the rest consisted of fries, with stale pitas and flavourless sabich and hummus.

I ordered steak on a baguette. Unfortunately the steak which was tough, rubbery and difficult to chew and inedible. I had to through it out.

First time dined here in mid 2022 and everything was perfect. On Jan 1,2023 we dined in again. First surprise, they served for on some plastic freesbies, that rotate when you try to get your food. Oh well. Chicken kebab and chicken shnitzel were decent. Lamb shawarma was real awful and the price went up about $5 from last year. Chicken shawarma was barely ok. French fries were cold and pretty terrible too. Israeli salad is still good though. Service was slow, despite us being the only ones eating in. The waiter is busy accepting takeouts on the phone. Bottom line: unfortunately, will give this place a pass from now on.

While the menu is similar to the other kosher Mediterranean restaurants, I think the food at Sof Sof tastes better.

Hummus was good and people are extremely friendly. Pitas are crunchy on one side but still soft enough to lift the hummus. Place is clean and there are lots of options also for vegetarians. Food overall is average good. Ask for the spicy option of the appetizer they bring to the table, it tastes good too.
Food was pretty good but kind of messy .but 18$ for a shawarma and barely enough meat , mostly bread inside , don’t think I’ll be back

They have a great range of options on the menu and their shawarma is especially highly regarded.Decor/ambience is fairly nice for a fast food restaurant.Prices are a bit high; they're comparable to high-end burger joints downtown ($20 burger). This is not completely unreasonable, considering the quality/quantity and the fact that it's kosher. Mains run about $25-20+tax, and a meal with a drink and a side will run about $30+tax.Location isn't the greatest. It's not the hub of the action and the plaza is a bit awkward to get in and out of. The entrance to the plaza from Langstaff is not clearly marked, and because it's behind a curve in the road, it's easy to miss. You can only exit to Highway 7 (cannot go back towards Dufferin).PROS: Excellent grill house with delicious food, kosher options, and generous portions.CONS: Located in an out-of-the-way plaza, and prices are a bit high to make it a regular lunch or family option.

Went in this evening for a dinner for two. The food was fresh and tastey and the portions were very generous!Revisited again. The food was wonderful. The grilled vegetables side for the entrees was outstanding. Instead of the standard chunky onions peppers and zuccini, a delicious serving of spirilized vegetables grilled to yummy!Portions still very generous.Thank you
