I have to agree with most of the other reviewers. The service is absolutely atrocious at the best of times. I have been coming here off and on since they open the original Sofra When that plaza was built. The food back then was absolutely incredible It is been a slow and steady decline ever since. But the one thing that stands out more than anything is the customer service. Beyond atrocious. I think sometimes restaurants forget that without customers they wouldn't exist. Don't treat customers like they're a burden.

Tried to order takeout and the person picking up the phone was not helpful at all with simple questions, and was sassy as well. Food was good but they gave barely any sauce for how much food I ordered.

I have been here many times and I’m definitely a fan. The portions are nice and big and the food is always fresh. I definitely recommend the chicken shawarma, or chicken breast skewer with rice and salad. One tip is to substitute the pita for the Turkish bread. The Turkish bread is made fresh and is incredibly tasty.

Had beef skewers and we're all cooked differently. All the way from rare to medium well and almost no seasoning. Rest of meal was ok. Service was meh - not terrible but nothing memorable either.

Always the best chicken, rice and especially red potatoes!!!!
Came on a weekend for a late lunch and there was tons of dining space. The lunch plate was huge and delicious. The price was reasonable for the amount, as I could not finish it all! The chicken shawarma came with hummus, hot sauce, coleslaw, salad and I chose roasted potatoes. Credit card was accepted.

The most incompetent workers ever. I ordered 2 sandwiches to go. Specifically asked to mark them because they are different I asked because last time was the same problem. But they still couldn’t properly mark the sandwiches.
