I went to this location for coffee this morning, the cashier forgot to place my order, when I asked, she said someone took it, and she thought her customer didn’t deserve an apology. That was ridiculous, It wasn’t a busy morning. The barista was nice, she made for me immediately. I will avoid the place

Always such a pleasure to come in and order from this location. Everyone’s super kind and welcoming. Erfan I believe his name was, has always been extra kind and always makes my drinks truly taste like that “first sip feeling”. So far the best location and highly recommend. No drive thru but coming in will definitely leave u having a better day!

The staff at this location are friendly. However, the quality of drinks is worse then what Tim's offers. I decided to try one of the festive drinks (chestnut parline), I asked for no foam (as starbuks is notorious for filling their cups with foam).The drink was somewhat warm, half the cup was whip cream and the drink tasted like a cup of warm milk with heaps of sugar and whip cream. $7 down the drain on 2 sips I took and tossed the drink in the garbage. For the price people pay, would it kill to get what we want?

It’s just ok. Service is quite slow at lunch time as many kids come from schools in the area. But a Starbucks is a Starbucks so not much to complain about
