I’ve been a loyal customer at this Starbucks location for over four years. I stop by almost every day, often spending $25–$30 each visit. Unfortunately, I recently had a very disappointing experience. One day I forgot my wallet, and my daughter simply asked for a cup of water. The staff told me they couldn’t provide water unless I purchased something.
After being a regular customer for so long, this felt extremely discouraging. A small gesture like offering a cup of water would have gone a long way in showing appreciation for loyal customers. Instead, it left me questioning the level of care and hospitality at this location.
I truly hope management reconsiders policies like this and trains staff to treat long-time customers with more understanding and kindness.

This Persian male worker took a bite out of my sandwich then handed it too me and wouldn’t make me a new one. He then proceeds to cut half off and give it back too me 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️ fire this guy unbelievable. Also in the photo they are making out in the store unacceptable.

I oder a take out around 4pm today. The app shows its ready. Once I got there ,the barista forgot my drink and question me did I order it. Worst service I ever seen.

We’ve been coming to this Starbucks branch for quite some time now (almost 4 years) and all we can say is that this is the best Starbucks branch we’ve ever been to.
This location is super very busy because of three schools, two daycares, Karate classes in the same plaza, and the Thornhill Woods and Thomas Cook residences all throughout the day and week and even the holidays (especially mornings and even in the afternoon and weekday nights or weekends). But even though it’s that super very busy, this location never fails to give a great experience to its customers and give a warm atmosphere where you can relax.
We also love that they don’t run out of Starbucks merchandises (tumblers, mugs, etc) even the limited/rare merchandises (i.e. Wicked). As a Starbucks merchandise (tumbler) lover, that is super important and critical.
What really really stands out in this location is that the baristas know the regular or even semi regular customers here like myself (weekly or bi-monthly) and are always ready for a friendly greeting and smiles. It’s clear they take pride in building relationships with customers, which creates such a personal, laid-back vibe and warm/cozy atmosphere.
This location is also very welcoming to dogs which makes it a perfect location for us to include our dog whenever we go out for a walk.
I highly recommend this Starbucks location and even though we might move out farther in the near future, we will still come back to this place to get a drink. :)

Asked the barista today at 6pm for a whipped cream cup for my dog in the car and she refused. After I bought $15 worth of drinks she was rude and said she couldn’t help me, don’t recommend this location

I love the cranberry bliss bar and erfan is the sweetest man to ever exist. He deserves a raise because he is good at making drinks and is very hardworking. he gives great service. 10/10 man!
Not sure whats going on at this location. I’ve never got a full cup from here, always seems like someone already drank it.

Great service in recent months--a dramatic improvement over previous years. I'd like to commend Stella in particular for delivering efficient, friendly service. She invariably makes my day when I go in. Not only is she an adept barista capable of producing consistently good drinks with celerity and precision, but she is also an engaging interlocutor who creates a personalized experience for every customer. She is familiar with customers' regular orders, she is pleasant and courteous, and she has singlehandedly elevated the entire experience at this location. I avoided this store for years due to sluggish, apathetic service. Nowadays, I go in whenever I'm passing by.

A bit disappointing the past few orders. This time I remembered to take a picture of my drink. We normally order through Uber and it’s always less than usual when you pick it up. Understandable as it is being delivered. But the past 2-3 orders it was just getting smaller and smaller. So my friend decided to pick it up this time and by the time she got back this is what my drink looked like.
