Always such a pleasure to come in and order from this location. Everyone’s super kind and welcoming. Erfan I believe his name was, has always been extra kind and always makes my drinks truly taste like that “first sip feeling”. So far the best location and highly recommend. No drive thru but coming in will definitely leave u having a better day!

The staff at this location are friendly. However, the quality of drinks is worse then what Tim's offers. I decided to try one of the festive drinks (chestnut parline), I asked for no foam (as starbuks is notorious for filling their cups with foam).The drink was somewhat warm, half the cup was whip cream and the drink tasted like a cup of warm milk with heaps of sugar and whip cream. $7 down the drain on 2 sips I took and tossed the drink in the garbage. For the price people pay, would it kill to get what we want?

A quick Macha latte which is served and made by ERFAN, would surely made my evening a better one. This visit was awesome to see a very polite and professional ERFAN. Thank you.
This Starbucks is extremely slow, I do not recommend. After making a mobile order it takes about 20 minutes to receive your order.

I’ve been a loyal customer at this Starbucks location for over four years. I stop by almost every day, often spending $25–$30 each visit. Unfortunately, I recently had a very disappointing experience. One day I forgot my wallet, and my daughter simply asked for a cup of water. The staff told me they couldn’t provide water unless I purchased something.
After being a regular customer for so long, this felt extremely discouraging. A small gesture like offering a cup of water would have gone a long way in showing appreciation for loyal customers. Instead, it left me questioning the level of care and hospitality at this location.
I truly hope management reconsiders policies like this and trains staff to treat long-time customers with more understanding and kindness.

This Persian male worker took a bite out of my sandwich then handed it too me and wouldn’t make me a new one. He then proceeds to cut half off and give it back too me 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️ fire this guy unbelievable. Also in the photo they are making out in the store unacceptable.
