Today,my brother from Edmonton ordered coffee and warm apple juice for us as we were sick.A Persian member surprised us with a Persian handwriting on the package and also a snowman cookie which was not in the original order and my daughter loved it!We were so blessed!Thank you so much for giving us such a great feeling.✨?

This Starbucks location is simply one of the best Starbucks locations ... great service , great atmosphere, and awesome staff. Love my interactions with them. The manager, Shokoofeh, is simply amazing , kind, and number one. I love her like my sister.Her customer service is amazing. Every morning when I go there the staff are know my drink, This level of attention to each individual customer is simply amazing in my opinion. Good job!!

Well, I read the other review saying this place just loads on the ice and it's definitely on me for not listening. I just moved to this area and there's several starbucks in walking distance, I will ensure not to return to here because when there's MORE ICE than drink, your customer isn't happy.If you are ordering online, make your own ice with the drink because otherwise you get less than half of what your money is worth.

Solid 'go to' spot for coffee; pretty standard Starbucks.It does tend to get busy with people working on their laptops at times, myself included, so that is one thing to consider when opting for a coffee shop to work out of for the day.During the summer they open up their patio which increases the amount of seats available, but that area is quite noisy (cars, local karate club, nail salon, etc). Lots of activity in the parking lot so might be a less than ideal place to work out of, but still nice to enjoy a coffee.

I ordered some coffee on door dash and the workers wrote some kind words and drawings on my bag. if i could give 6 stars i would. It really made my day. Shows that the workers love their job. Would definitely order here again.
Worst customer service ever!!! I had to wait for 20 minutes for brewed black coffee, while other customers how had come after me were given the same order. I had to remind them twice and kept getting told that it was being brewed. The worst part, this is the second time this happened.... Never coming back to this location again.

This location is busy, especially closer to lunch time. Staff is very friendly and fast with the orders. Ordering through the app helps escape the line. I wish they were more "stroller-friendly" and had an automatic door for easier access.

This used to be one of my favorite locations... not anymore! You never know what time they close at night now... 6pm 7pm 8pm 9pm or 10? Tonight , 9;16 pm lights are on, doors are locked... parking lot full, Starbucks is empty. Used to give 5 stars always.Kyle had this place in great shape. Shariqa too. They were the anchor of this location. Oh well. That was then.Change and update the hours. It's incredible how fast people can sink an incredible place

The sandwich arrived bent with pieces falling out -- I could forgive that but over 50% ice on drinks where I indicated NO ICE?? Seriously, I know Starbucks is known for adding a lot of ice but over 50% is ridiculous.
