I was very disappointed with how slow the service was during my recent visit. It took much longer than expected for our order to arrive over 20mins for 1 coffee. I hope they improve their service speed in the future.

Fast service. Clean. No indoor seating. Outdoor patio. Ample free outdoor parking.

Starbucks makes too much money to refuse giving change from a $100 bill? Why is it such a problem that the cashier doesn’t even check if they have change, but immediately refuses to give it? Especially when my bill is over $20!

A wonderful place, and I live right next to this Starbucks, so it should be convenient to visit. But I prefer going to another branch rather than this one because of the people who work here. Complete indifference and a careless attitude toward customers—that’s exactly what you’ll feel when you come here. The rudeness and bias of the staff are truly shocking. You simply cannot hire people who can’t interact with customers and, in essence, seem to dislike them. It’s very sad that the service here ruins the experience of such a great brand.

The kids from the high-school throw their trash all over the ground. The lineups are too long and they got rid of the seating area.

Great location hindered by poor maintenance.
Patio is often left with garbage and an overflowing trash bin. No plants or flowers. Interior lacks any atmosphere. Chalkboard is always empty. Food display is lefty looking messy. Lots of missed potential.

I'm sorry. but this is unacceptable, this drink is literally 80% foam.... and when i said that, she just said the machine is just like that... this has never happened at any other locatio…. i did not pay $9 for foam :( you can clearly see …

I’ve consistently had negative experiences with the customer service at this location, primarily due to one employee named Monica. She often displays a rude and dismissive attitude toward customers, which creates an unwelcoming atmosphere. Additionally, I’ve frequently seen her smoking directly outside the entrance of the Starbucks, which is not only unprofessional but also unpleasant for guests entering or exiting the store. This behaviour significantly detracts from the overall customer experience and reflects poorly on the brand.

Should’ve taken a picture of my drink. When it was given to me it wasn’t stirred properly and I was a little confused by what I was looking at.. so I asked the girl making my drinks why it looks like that, because, I’m used to my drinks being stirred properly and not looking like oil and water mixed together.
She looked at me and said “that’s the syrup..” with a bothered tone.
I asked her if she can stir my drink again, because half of the ingredients are at the bottom of the cup, which she did, as if she was forced to do me a favour….
That’s one don’t have drive thru

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding an incident I witnessed at your Thornhill location at Bathurst and Beverly Glen.
A young girl, approximately 8 or 9 years old, came into the store and politely asked for a cup of water. To my surprise, one of the associates told her that they could not provide her with water because she was not a customer. The girl explained that she was very thirsty and again asked if she could please have a cup of water. The staff member responded that Starbucks no longer offers free water.
I found this response incredibly disappointing and upsetting. Denying a child access to something as basic and essential as drinking water, especially when she is clearly in need, goes against basic human decency and the values I expect from a brand like Starbucks. I believe this situation could have and should have been handled with more compassion.
I kindly ask that this matter be reviewed and that your staff be reminded of the importance of empathy and community responsibility. No child should be turned away when asking for water.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope you will take the appropriate steps to ensure that all Starbucks locations provide a welcoming and humane environment for everyone, regardless of whether they are paying customers.
