Relaxing & great coffee.
Too slow
This location is my new after-work go to since the Yonge & John St. store unfortunately shut down and it's just okay. Staff for the most part is pretty friendly, but I have had my beverages made incorrectly a couple of times. The main thing though is that this location severely lacks atmosphere which is a shame.
Honestly, the service was frustrating. There were plenty of baristas, yet no one seemed to be taking orders. On top of that, my matcha wasn’t even properly dissolved — still clumpy. Really disappointing.
Mik and dee ..Shoutout to my two favorite baristas — they always make my coffee perfectly and are genuinely so kind. Best service every time! ☕💙

This is the location right near my house. Wonderful staff, they go beyond. Always welcoming, adding nice messages to my cups. I really appreciate it. Thought I’d leave a review because they really do deserve it.

Staff attitude very dismissive, relax it’s starbucks, and you are retailing coffee for 7 dollars….after 10 minutes wait, they tell me”we dont have banana power”….Monica seems to be in charge or not in charge lol

This Starbucks isn't horrible, but I find that it is always rammed with students and very understaffed. Staff are very nice but management needs to put more staff in the location. One time it to me 15 minutes to get a drink

The barista was so rude here. They took my order wrong and kept blaming me very loudly. So I paid more because “I asked for the wrong thing”, and the second time it was still wrong but I gave up…

I come a few times a week, they constantly mess up my drink. I’m lactose intolerant and multiple times they have used the wrong milk in my order which causes me to get very sick, I had to leave work early today because I was so sick. If it happens again I’m calling the manager. Most of the baristas are very rude as well, I asked to get my drink re made the other day and they all ignored me.

I was very disappointed with how slow the service was during my recent visit. It took much longer than expected for our order to arrive over 20mins for 1 coffee. I hope they improve their service speed in the future.

Starbucks makes too much money to refuse giving change from a $100 bill? Why is it such a problem that the cashier doesn’t even check if they have change, but immediately refuses to give it? Especially when my bill is over $20!

A wonderful place, and I live right next to this Starbucks, so it should be convenient to visit. But I prefer going to another branch rather than this one because of the people who work here. Complete indifference and a careless attitude toward customers—that’s exactly what you’ll feel when you come here. The rudeness and bias of the staff are truly shocking. You simply cannot hire people who can’t interact with customers and, in essence, seem to dislike them. It’s very sad that the service here ruins the experience of such a great brand.
