This place is one of the worst locations a customer can go to. First, they charge for an online order and then pretend they never received it. The person behind the counter tells me she has no manager. She doesn't know the owner. She doesn't know the phone number you can call if there's a problem with the customer like being charged and not receiving the items. After insisting couple of times she gives me a fake phone number and a made-up name. Of course we need to dial number. It's on my pick scam
I wouldn't be surprised if they were on the news for card scanning operation behind the counter

Sahib made my order, and let me tell you that was the best subway order I’ve ever got. I feel like he took my order to the back and put his love into it. The ranch, the chicken, even the controversial subway lettuce never tasted so good. Sahib please reconsider your career into fine dining because you’re a master at what you do. 5 stars, will not dine at any subway after this, even if I move to another country. Sahib you have my foodie heart.

First and last time I tried the tuna sub, it smelled like my ex’s u know what!, get rid of it or enhance it with onions, parsley, or whatever!

My husband ordered a sub, and when he got home and opened it, the bun was so hard and crumbling that it fell apart. He didn’t ask for it toasted, yet the bread was completely dried out and inedible. I went back to show the server, and while she remade the sub, she blamed me for “waiting too long to eat it.” That is terrible customer service. It was only a short time after purchasing, and there is no excuse for serving bread that is this stale. For a sandwich shop, the very least you expect is fresh bread — and this location couldn’t even provide that.

Came in for a quick late-night bite, only to be largely ignored by the male server who seemed more focused on closing duties than customer service. When he finally acknowledged me, he states upfront that the debit machine wasn’t working—even though the terminal was clearly on and appeared ready for use.
Ok. No big deal. I gave him the benefit of doubt and stepped out to grab cash from a nearby ATM. To my surprise, he was literally lurking behind me on my way out and locked the store behind me -- a few minutes before the posted closing time. I turned around bewildered, and he just continued closing up as if I had never walked in.
So.. I was ignored, lied to, crept up from behind only to be locked out ... just to close the store a few minutes early. This transcends bad customer service: it was borderline hostile and creepy.

I don't know what is this scenario. Some subways like this one don't tell customers that fountain drink machine is not working, and after you order the sandwich and you want to make combo, then he said: oh yes; fountain machine is not working.
I think this kind of by purpose to sell bottles.
The another things, they put as much as lowest toppings into the sandwich, and the price is too much,
An immigrant worker touched my coupon, her face, all with plastic gloves on, and continued touching food

The washroom was absolutely disgusting ! Like it hadn't been cleaned in a week. I will never go back here.
The subs seem to have gotten smaller. The service is terrible. They make you wait while they prepare all the subs which have been ordered online. Total disrespect for your time. Will not be going back.
