My boss placed an order on the app for pick up. Eventually got a call saying they don't have meatballs so I changed it to a pizza sub but with everything else to stay the same. They had almost no selection for chips (1 kind only) and only orange crush or Pepsi for drink choices (even though on the app they had more options available). When I went to eat my sub I noticed there was no parmasean cheese, crunchy onions or spinach. When my manager went in to complain about my sub and my coworkers (who was supposed to get a vegetarian green goddess sub but was given one with chicken) the manager refused to provide their name and give a refund for the food. I have been here multiple times and almost every time they have run out of something

Can't say I'll be coming back if you guys charging 15 cents for basic packaging aka a small paper bag I only wonder where else this place is cutting corners.Had to walk out of the place with the sub wrapped in cheap paper wrap ready to go cold and break apart in any second.

Preet does not listen I asked please do not cut in half, and please extra cheese and didn’t ask to put it in the oven. I watched him cut it right after he said yes. Veggies not fresh, he is rude and was throwing the toppings on the sub. Very dissatisfied.

I came in quite late, about 15 minutes before the restaurant was closing, as I was just getting off a night shift. Lakulish, who took my order, was very nice and understanding, and got me my food quickly, even though he was in the midst of cleaning up the store for the night as well. Really appreciated the service and compassion he had as I was very hungry and looking for a quick bite to eat after a long night.

Terrible service, me and a friend were talking and were yelled at for not immediately responding to the server. The server did not ask my friend what he wanted on his sub, and just put cheese on there which he can not eat. We went on November 18 at 3pm.

Literally asked for a canuck classic and was handed a tuna sub lmao. Asked for grilled not toasted and I got neither. Still paid full price. Only getting a second star cause he got the topping right but damn.

There was no air conditioning, flies in the food, we expressed our concerned and she said it is not her fault, the staff use the same gloves to answer the phone and to serve the food, the music was muffled, they didn’t even bother to provide napkins, and the tables were very messy.

I have been ordering from this location for years and no issue at all until today with new staff perhaps. Normally they would put online orders on the shelves for pick up. Upon arrival nothing was there. And a line of 5 ppl in front of me. Instead of cutting in line, I had waited until the female staff asked if anyone’s here for online orders. Next I said don’t you usually put the orders on the shelves for pick up? Then the male staff harassed me with a mean look and tone and said “is it hard for you to ask and pick up from the cashier side?” Seriously, is that the right attitude towards customers? As a management consultant, I was trying to help and respond by saying you guys need consistency to run a biz (all factual nothing emotional). Your biz would thrive if you stick to the same rules. Apparently they don’t care. Pls give up those two staff, especially the emotional male staff, at all costs. They are destroying your store reputation. The incident happened on June 8, 2023 around 1:45p. From now on, I will shop at the Dufferin and Summeridge location instead.

I ordered two subs online & they're ready to pick up in app. When I head over to there, the male owner handed them over to me. Just right after I walked out, the old lady(I think the she's the owner as well) chased out & said you haven't paid yet in a very rude way. I showed her the receipt & the subway app but she won't listen at all. She said the app shows it's ready to pick up at 1:40 pm so you need to wait until 1:40 & pick it up. You order is not ready for pick up yet. We haven't received the money. There are 2 customers watching at us & I feel so embarrassing. The male owner tried to comfort the old lady, said i paid already & just let me out of the store. It really ruined my friday. I will never ever come to store again, and I won't suggest anyone go here as well. There is one in Major Mac with much much better customer service. No one want to cheat on your 10 bucks sub.
