Wasn't entirely sure I actually wanted Subway when I walked in today, but the man behind the counter was incredibly kind and professional as soon as I entered and solidified my decision on sticking around to order. Never knew I needed this kind of service from a Subway, but I will be back for

Purchased a salad to go. Asked for dressing on the side like I do at other locations. Was told I would be charged extra for the tiny plastic sauce container. I’m not sure if subway has a new policy or this franchisee is just trying to skimp. Either way, it’s unacceptable.

No working washroom/water- blocked bathroom, and dont even offer tap water to guests.

It's bad Subway branch that not offer the item that they advertised. I ordered online but when I pick up my subway, I saw they refuse to give me a drink that was part of combo package.
