Did a delivery order for this location not only did it take over an hour to arrive but customer service said the location didn’t have any drivers and trying to arrange something. Food arrived cold, unflavoured and dry. Not impressed.

Last time we had a table for 4. We all had food poisoning the next day. I went to the USA and almost went to the hospital. My wife was at home throwing up everywhere. My two friends were throwing up all night.
It was the only meal we had together.
So either all four of us coincidentally were poisoned seperatly on the same day, or it was Swiss chalet.
We said never again.

The older dine in woman with a bob hairstyle wouldn’t let me dine in because I wanted food from the kids menu. I had to get it from take out, when I really wanted to dine in as it’s cold outside in Canada at this time. Take out had no issue so idk what that lady’s problem is

Dry chicken, lemonade tasted off, long wait before seating despite the countless empty tables, did not win anything good in the lottery ticket. I did not receive a very festive meal.
Fed up with a driver that can come up with an excuse twice now as to why he can't deliver to my door. I paid for delivery and I also included a tip. Called me twice last night for me to come to him. Hung up on him and I waited for delivery.

I love this place but for some reason the food took a very long time to come I wish I timed it and the kids meal had more chicken then the adult meal but on to the good stuff the food was good and the place was nice and the staff was nice but after the main meal the dessert took long again and the tv's worked for have the time then they just quit but other then that this place was good.- Written by my 12 year old son

Went for thanksgiving dinner to use the 2 can dine coupon, got the house salad for one of the sides; the salad dressing and everything was good until eating a little bit of the salad I found a ladybug in it. Server said she would get the manager but manager never came and the server ended up just replacing my entire plate of food. Server wasn’t the most attentive also forgot the extra chalet sauce we ordered and when it came to pay the bill she claimed the baked potato soup and the chicken noodle soup were the same price (we initially wanted the baked potato soup but they ran out so we went with the chicken noodle soup) so the server charged us an extra $3… rather than try to give us any compensation for what happened with the ladybug incident. My partner has always gotten takeout and there was never an issue, only this one time we decided to dine in
