i went through the drive through and once i got to the window to pay they said that they only accept cash and not debit card. why not post it before people go through the drive through. i had no cash on me only debit card. also they didnt give us napkins.

This is the worst taco bell I've ever been to in my life. I live close by and they always mess up something with the order or take extremely long and the place is always a mess. I'll go to the one in the mall before I step foot in here again!

I don’t know if it could have been worse, to start the door way had multiple wet floor signs on the ground with the door propped open. We then went in to order, here where the service was under whelming. After ordering we began to receive our order. It was as if what we ordered was just a suggestion. The bags were coming out with random items. First bag with just 3 burritos, a value box was ordered. We then went to get a drink, no ice. We then wanted to try the baja blast, no baja blast. Not to mention the slip and slide at the from of the store from the roof leaking. In the end we left with the wrong food in all of our bags and could possibly trouble the people behind the counters with bags of rocks as brains. Thank you Taco Bell . Will make sure I come back….. If I was blindfolded.

I came to the mall for a few things on Wednesday October 15th and as I was walking by Taco Bell and it smelt so delicious. So of course I stopped and ordered my favorites. All the staff working was absolutely delightful and I enjoyed my meal so much more because of their friendliness!! Thank you for the amazing service!!

I would avoid this place at all costs. From the moment I walked in, it was a complete mess. Three employees were behind the counter chatting in a foreign language while a line of customers kept growing; zero sense of urgency or professionalism.
The pop machine was out of both ice and CO₂, so every drink was completely flat. The tables and chairs looked like they hadn’t been wiped in weeks, and the entire place was covered in dust and hair. It was absolutely disgusting and showed a total lack of care for cleanliness or customer experience.
Save yourself the disappointment, there are plenty of better options elsewhere.

I work up the street from this location and over the last few months everytime I want Tacos I go here and for some excuse they are always closed. I questioned today if they were ever going to be open and I was told evening. I opted to walk to Tim Hortons across the street instead. Probably won't even bother trying to visit this location again.

Ordered 20 minutes in advance, drove 20 minutes thinking my food will be ready when I arrive, not only my food was not ready, they didn’t even notice that they had an order coming in, instead they were sitting and talking when I got there, this is not acceptable at all, horrible customer service at this location.
I feel they don't use the fresh oil Staff talking to each other so loud and sometimes fight The place dose not clean enough and you can smell the burn oil all the time This is the result of multiple vist not just one time They need improvement in the all sections

Very old drive thru - it’s for both kfc and taco bell. The fries supreme I got from there was probably the most pathetic fries supreme I’ve ever been served. A disgrace to Taco Bell.
