The worst experience ever. Totally unorganized, all the tables and chairs were dirty with food. Mentioned it to one of the staff members and she basically gave us the feeling that we should clean it if we wanted to sit and eat there. Poor management. Staff was confused about orders. Wrong orders were given out and missing items in our order. Waited almost 20 minutes to order, because nobody was at the cash, then when we did finally order it took an additional 15 minutes to be prepared and the preparation of the order wasn't even correct. Other customers were waiting as well as us....same issues. Spoke to a fellow customer only to realize he wasn't given a cup for the drink even though he paid for one with his combo. I had to demand my receipt just to be on the safe side and make sure my receipt reflects what I ordered. I'm sorry, but this location needs to be evaluated and their staff needs more training and overall performance was very poor. I'm only commenting on my experience yesterday, very disappointing; this is not my usual location. I will not be returning to this particular location.

Ordered supreme taco party pack on uber. All 10 tacos were regular taco (missing tomato, sour cream...), while charging me for more expensive supreme version. No sauce even though it was part of the order. No accountability. Worst taco bell location we ever dealt with. I would seriously advice ever ordering anything from this location.

The fact that this place is still open shocks me. Not only am I currently parked for over 20 mins waiting for food, they gave me a regular Pepsi when I asked for diet and now won’t exchange it .

Went there to eat some food but as soon as i got my order i did not receive any cutlery. I asked them for forks and they straight up told me that “we dont have any”. How does a food franchise not have forks where customers come and go constantly. Please order some forks for your customers. Not satisfied. How am i supposed fries supreme with melted cheese without fork or spoons. Should have at least told before i ordered that they did not have cutlery.

Was craving soft tacos, so my boyfriend and I stopped by for a quick bite. We ordered 7 soft tacos and a drink — service was fine, but it took forever to get the food even though it wasn’t busy. The area had some questionable/sketchy people hanging around which made the vibe uncomfortable. After eating, I ended up getting sick and had to rush to the washroom to throw up — probably won’t be returning to this location.

No one has been trained properly, the restaurant is disgusting. I ordered two items, and they had to look at menu to see if they had it. They asked me what I ordered and how to make it three times. I received my food after 25 minutes

Terrible service twice in a row. Last time i placed an online order on rhe Taco Bell app, and they were closed when i arrived for maintance. They didnt cancel my order or vet back to me and i had to call a central number to get a refund.

Most recently, I placed an online order. When I got to the drive thru at the time it was supposed to be ready, i was told it wasnt ready and had to fo inside where I waited another 9 minutes and they left the extra cheese sauce i paid for our of my order.

I ordered an uber eats to this location but it turns out the location was actually closed?? I am genuinely confused as it still gives you an option to order on uber eats as well as the location being shown “open” when you search it up. I was planning to order food for pick up yesterday but all the lights were out by 9 pm

Ordered food online and it directed me to this store…which is closed at 9:24PM even though both google and the website stated it’s open and redirects me to order from this store! Now I’ve lost the $14….unless I do a back charge through the bank?!

Taco Bell isn't what it used to be in the 1980's. Still, this is the most inexpensive fast food chain around. The food is still delicious, prices are better than McDonald's and the choices are much healthier and more delicious.

Waited for about 20 minutes for a simple order as it was just some chicken pieces and fries. The AC was broken (was over 30 degrees Celsius inside), the toilets and floor were nasty. The joint looked understaffed as it seemed the five people who were working at dinner time couldn't cope with all the orders left right and center. Staff was quite unfriendly, but this could've been due to understaffing.

Ooh the food; terrible, the chicken was really old and there was ice available for drinks.

The AC isn't working, no ice with your drinks, a long wait for a simple order and the food is cold and old. Also the staff is very unfriendly.
