I ordered and it took 30 whole mins! The food is good but they forgot an item! Workers there were chatting and arguing instead of actually doing there work! Overall the place is whack. Instead,go to the Taco Bell at Centerpoint since it’s better.

Every order takes unbelievably long to prepare, no matter the size. Last time J had to wait 40 minutes for a value box and the amount of times there is a mistake made is baffling. Almost every order has something wrong and truly appalling.

Dirty store, horrible customer service, TERRIBLE FOOD. My fries supreme had 2 pieces of tomatoes, and a few drops of sour cream. Crunch wrap supreme had a SINGLE piece of meat in one corner of the wrap. Only 1 pop worked from the machine. Unreal. DO NOT COME.

I used to order from this location quite a lot before the pandemic lockdown, but stopped when COVID was at its peak. After the restrictions lifted my family and I continued to avoid fast food for a while, but I started ordering through mobile apps around the middle of 2023. Since the start of 2024 I have ordered through the mobile app 8 times at this location and they have gotten my order wrong 7 of those times. At this point I am convinced that the workers here cannot read at an elementary school level. They either add items to an order that I never asked for, put or remove ingredients from things I order at their convenience with no notice, and one time I did not even get a single item that I actually ordered. I can't speak to the quality of their in-person services, but their services through the mobile app are absolutely atrocious. I would not recommend ordering from this location under any circumstances unless you plan to pick up your food in person and make sure that they didn't screw you over.

I should have left as soon as I got in. Smelled bad. Dirty floors. Unfriendly staff. Overpriced. Terrible food quality. I wanted to exchange my steak taco because it was gross they started to argue with me. Worst experience. If this is the last place on earth to eat better to starve then go there. 1 star is to high. Oh ya. The bathrooms were flooded with water. GROSS!!

HORRIBLE! Customer service is TRASH. They get mad that they get the order wrong. I said no tomatoes on my crunch wrap and still put tomatoes on it then she got corrected, THEN had the audacity to grab the tomatoes throw it and cover it up with more lettuce. What if I was allergic, she could've killed me AND she didn't even toast the crunch wrap, nothing. How are these disrespectful "students" getting these jobs. Manager needs to step up and hire better workers. and this picture itself tells the whole story. Go to the Taco Bell/KFC inside centerpoint instead.

The girl at the counter was literally shouting at the top of her lungs "Tuesday special " while customers were dining in. She was screaming at the kitchen staff constantly. The dine in atmosphere was completely ruined by her attitude and behavior!
