I’m giving this restaurant 3 stars for my online order. While the packaging was neat and the delivery was on time, the quality of the food was disappointing. Part of the tahdig was burned, and it was soft instead of crispy. I appreciate the quick delivery, but the food quality needs improvement.

We ordered five plates at Tahchin Bar and waited 35 minutes. Instead of the Kabab Tabei we ordered, they brought Chicken Tahdig by mistake. They admitted the error and promised to pack the Tahdig for free. I had to sit and watch everyone else eat while waiting for my food. Eventually, I asked them to pack the Kabab since I was tired of waiting and no longer hungry. When I got home, they’d only packed the Kabab—no Tahdig, no discount, no apology. Poor service and attention to detail. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

It's all but impossible to find tachin in a restaurant in North America. What a delight to find a place in Toronto. We definitely went out of our way to try this place, but enjoyed it. Very nice server. Highly recommended.

Would give a zero to service if I could. We got there at 9:30 and the lady who worked there said it takes them 30 minutes to prepare our food (before even taking our orders) so she kicked us out cause they closed at 10:00 and couldn’t prepare our food before then!
