The Steeles location is significantly better than the Finch location! The service is prompt and location is more convenient in terms of parking. It's a nice quiet place to catch up with friends as they have adequate seating. Although there is a 1 hour seating limit, they will let you stay if the store is not busy. The restaurant felt overly warm though, probably to get you to buy more bingsu! The bingsu come in 3 sizes (cup, small, large) and you can easily share the large with multiple people. I highly recommend the tiramisu bingsu which comes with a shot of espresso to pour over! However I do wish they showed the prices of the food items on all their menus..

Visited this location for the first time w/ my gf recently. Have been to 2 of their other locations (including the one that used to exist at FMP).As far as bingsu goes, it is definitely up there w/ the best I've had. They've got 3 sizes. Cup (smallest), small (actually shareable), large (you will get full LOL).I remember the mango bingsu being really good so we got that and an oreo bingsu (both in cup size to share).Aside from the longer than usual wait time for our buzzer to vibrate, the service was courteous.IIRC this store had the same amount of seating as the one on Glen Cameron (just a bit north on Yonge). The FMP store (when it was alive) had the most seats as it was a huge store. It has been awhile but I don't recall seeing croffles or cupcakes on the menu in the past but they have them now. They looked pretty tempting on the menu but had to go w/ the tried and true bingsu.

Great walnut cakes, a bit disappointing that they have "on their literal menu" that we can get a combo of 4 of each flavor. When we went to order it, they told us to make the order simpler cus it would be too difficult. That is a fair point, however it shouldn't of been a recommendation on their menu if they can't do it. But on the bright side, these are great walnut cakes

This is a place I often go to with my friends. They like it a lot, as if it suits their tastes well. It tastes almost the same as Sulbing. It's not too sweet and just right.

Keep coming back for their tiramisu croffles. Many good options for their bingsus which are offered in different sizes.

The Bingsu was great, however the scoop of ice cream was a bit too frozen and hard ?

Small dessert place, with lots of people at around 8pm on a Thursday. With only 2 people working behind the counter, at this establishment, everything is self-service.... From ordering, to picking up your order, and returning your used bowls and cutlery. Because of the size and design of the dining area, customers placing order and people doing dining ware return runs into each other, it get pretty disorganized. I believe in the summer they have outdoor seating, so things may be a bit better. Interesting and well presented desserts, but the service doesn't justify the price. Like MCD service, with mid tier quality food, and fancy high end presentation. This place is worth a try, but personally I don't think I'm returning.... Just not my style.

The service was very rude.I know that we are in the multicultural country and might have feeling towards each other. We do have different cultures and etc, but as the employee there, is there a proper way saying and complaining what we have done just by ordering dessert that might be shared?I never know if there is such a rule for having one dessert for one person, I’ve never experienced this before in other location and also sitting only for an hour limit, however, each location might have different rules, but please confirm to all of your customers if you have such kind that rule ◡̈I know coming in a big group but not all of them want to eat dessert yet they have their own rights. Please, be considerate with others for not complaining in other language that people would understand ◡̈Respect and indiscriminate one another will give you better review even the food and atmosphere are really good for this season.

I love their croffles. I've been to two different locations and enjoyed both the tiramisu and churro ones as well as the coconut and chocolate lattes. It's warm inside and not too busy with enough seating. It was $20 for my croffle and latte.
