I came here with my son for some drink and bites. This location is on Yonge with a huge free parking lot which is a perk.
We got the steak and egg sandwich and a strawberry quencher. The food is always fresh here.
The place itself is pretty clean and it has lots of space to sit down and enjoy the food or drink. However, Its usually packed up and the trash is not managed propely, as It has been times during their rush hour, I noticed its overflowing.
They have the ordering machines as well. The line clears pretty fast, even during rush hours.
Staff is really nice and friendly and fast to serve the line.
Washrooms are also clean, however needs more attention as often the soap is not refilled properly.

I am giving them a 1 star only because of the food. I've eaten here (take out) a few times but this is the 2nd time I had the worst food from any Tim Horton's....and I eat at various Tim Horton's weekly. I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese, not toasted. The bagel was hard as a rock, like it was 3 or 4 days old and the cream cheese was shmeered on like butter - very thin. I usually go to the Promenade location which is always excellent. Fresh food and done properly. Not going back to this one.
