I ordered a pack of 40 Timbits and they forcibly squished them all into a 20-pack box. Why not just give me two 20-pack boxes instead? The presentation was poor and unacceptable.

The Real Kimi

The plan was to grab lunch for the kids. Went to the drive through and ordered food and beverages. They TOTALLY messed up the order and we got chipotle wraps instead of ranch wraps. It is so spicy the kids couldn't eat anything. This is literally a waste of money and frankly zero attention to the customer. Who can afford throwing away so much food. What a waste.

So I came to this drive thru to look at the new additions to the menu and hopefully to try something new. However when I came to the drive thru I didn’t even have time to look at monitor because the girl tha was working kept telling me to hurry up and to hurry because of the timer. She was extremely rude, to work etiquette what so ever. And when she done took my order it was still wrong. When I asked for her name she said something like “Nikita” but she wouldn’t spell it out for me and she was sooo rude I have never in my life experienced something like this . I will never come back here .

The person that was serving drive through November 16 at 21:50 has some issues with understanding what customer service is. I repeated my simple order 3 times asking for medium camomile tea, yet he gave me small size and moreover tried to blame me lying that he repeated my order saying "small" and I confirmed it and gave me a bad attitude while lying in my face. He shouldn't be serving people if he doesn't have a gut to admit his mistakes and blames customers

A bit understaffed. However, the staff were very helpful. They made our sandwich wrong and remade it for us even though I said it wasn't necessary. We appreciate it. We like the atmosphere after the renovation, will be back!

The supervisor was very rude to me. He hung up the phone on me and then my husband called back and hung up on him. I ordered turkey bacon sandwich and they gave me regular bacon, which I do not eat!!! For religious reasons. When I called to complain the ‘supervisor’ said I ordered wrong. He was so rude to me and hung the phone up.

I ordered a large latte here and the drink was smelling very bad and it tasted very bad I don't even know what they put in this drink. I returned it back and told them that it was not a good one and then the employee interfered I asked the manager why she was too rude and no answer I don't like it

I noticed this location had no one at the drive thru so I decided to go and order. Foremost the representative at the drive-through was extremely impatient and managed to get the order wrong three times. Upon getting to the kiosk window to pay, I was handed a tray with the wrong drinks from my order. I spoke to two other individuals which then proceeded to indicate that we needed to pay, although the order was wrong. Yet again, I expressed what I would like to have and paid for the items. The representative even confirmed that it was the wrong order, I noticed the Q line was increasing behind us as well. I was given a cup that was partially empty and no straw. I proceeded to park the car from the drive-through and go inside to speak to the manager on site. Realistically, they had no solution and were not even apologetic. This is not the calibre of service Tim Hortons should be providing, consider considering the mass chain and the value that they charge for their items. I will not be returning to this location, despite being customer of Tim Hortons over the last 25 years.

Went to the drive thru was sitting in the backseat driver did the order but I was to pay.... Used my app for points and 20% drink discount reward and gift card to pay employee at window humming the jeopardy tune to rush me to make payment the discount did not apply to the bill as the app was not accepted then gave me my two drinks that were not made as ordered and not given a donut. Called back was offered to pick up donut at a later time but no replacement on the drinks. PS I'm visiting from another province sad that Timmies is just lacking in their customer service.
