I’m so mad saying this that I hope all of the crew working the shift at 4 on Tuesday get fired because I got a sandwich a sandwich and it took 10 minutes for the food and it would be fine if everyone took 10 minutes for food but no the drive through took 30 seconds for the food and there were multiple people in line and one guy even had to refund because he had to go and he only got a rap this is the worst thing that has happened here to me

Rudest staff i have ever met
Messed up the order asked for a cold drink she gave me a hot asked for a fix she just dropped 2 ice cubes in the drink and said it's now cold and they don't have cold vanilla cap so said fine asked for them to just fixed the hot made us pay for another drink he was so rude and aggressive never returning here

This is the perfect example of what Tim Hortons has become with no diversity in their staff, dirty tables and trash cans overflowing with garbage. If there was zero stars I would have given them zero stars.

I rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience at this Tim Hortons was too frustrating to ignore. The service was honestly terrible. I waited over 15 minutes just to place my order, and the staff seemed disorganized and overwhelmed—even though it wasn’t that busy inside.

When I finally got my order, it was wrong. I had to go back and ask for it to be corrected, which added even more time to the already long wait. No apology, no sense of urgency—just blank stares and attitude.

The whole place felt like it was being run without any care for customers. I get that things can get hectic, but this was just poor service all around. Definitely not the Tim Hortons standard I’m used to. Won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.

Horrible service that don’t understand how to make a simple ice capp with espresso. In addition, feel bad for the new employee, no one giving him guidance on how to make the drink, and then the supervisor or senior jumped in and made the drinks worse.. hire people that care to work or teach others not because they’re cheap. Online order 10 mins before, waited at the store an additional 10 mins

I'm supposed to guess what's on the menu via the drive thru .... asking what are the sandwiches, dude at mic repeats it's all there, and nope ... baked goods, drinks & flat breads / meals .... no sandwiches. Tells me my options are for him to list them or come in. Ummmm, what's the point of offering drive thru?
I've no idea if I even got the right sandwich, yet it's MY problem this location chooses to list only what it deems necessary.
What's next? No prices? No pics? Just throw something at the wall & hope it's what was ordered?
What is wrong with this company? It's gone so south, it's not even Canadian in value or service.

I ordered a pack of 40 Timbits and they forcibly squished them all into a 20-pack box. Why not just give me two 20-pack boxes instead? The presentation was poor and unacceptable.

The Real Kimi

The plan was to grab lunch for the kids. Went to the drive through and ordered food and beverages. They TOTALLY messed up the order and we got chipotle wraps instead of ranch wraps. It is so spicy the kids couldn't eat anything. This is literally a waste of money and frankly zero attention to the customer. Who can afford throwing away so much food. What a waste.

So I came to this drive thru to look at the new additions to the menu and hopefully to try something new. However when I came to the drive thru I didn’t even have time to look at monitor because the girl tha was working kept telling me to hurry up and to hurry because of the timer. She was extremely rude, to work etiquette what so ever. And when she done took my order it was still wrong. When I asked for her name she said something like “Nikita” but she wouldn’t spell it out for me and she was sooo rude I have never in my life experienced something like this . I will never come back here .

The person that was serving drive through November 16 at 21:50 has some issues with understanding what customer service is. I repeated my simple order 3 times asking for medium camomile tea, yet he gave me small size and moreover tried to blame me lying that he repeated my order saying "small" and I confirmed it and gave me a bad attitude while lying in my face. He shouldn't be serving people if he doesn't have a gut to admit his mistakes and blames customers

A bit understaffed. However, the staff were very helpful. They made our sandwich wrong and remade it for us even though I said it wasn't necessary. We appreciate it. We like the atmosphere after the renovation, will be back!
