i went to this location to the drive-through i ordered and i said regular BLT sandwich with medium coffee, with HASHBROWN I repeatedly said three time, but went I got to the drive-through window, I didn't get my hashbrown, they said "I didn't order them" my respond I said "yes I order them" they replied "no you didn't what can you do". i'm feeling like rushing me to get out of the busy morning drive-through?
is this how to reply to the customers who is now regularly coming to this drive-through location?

I don’t like this place. Every time I go all the staff members were talking with each other and laughing. One person only taking the transaction and there was a line up.If they can’t use both Paypoint why they made it.

Almost always have problem with their POS machine. Every time I want to pay, they ask for cash payment since they can't send the payment to their POS machine.
I don't carry cash, and as a business with plenty of transactions daily, I expect you guys to do better.

Horrible service. We went there at 1:30 am he said they don’t have anything like donuts or muffins, but we could clearly see it from the glass. Then we placed an order online cus it said available, again he gave us the wrong cookie. No customer service nothing worst experience ever. Imagine standing there at 1:30 am and he lies!!!

**Review:**

I am extremely disappointed with the behavior of one of your staff members at your store. This is not the first time I’ve experienced such unprofessionalism, but today’s incident crossed the line. The employee, who I believe is named Vishali, engaged in an unnecessary argument over a trivial matter. I have always respected everyone, but what happened today is unacceptable, and I will not tolerate it any further.

What makes this even worse is that she does not wear her name tag or keeps changing it, misleading customers about her identity. This is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Moreover, her behavior was blatantly discriminatory, which I cannot ignore. If this kind of racism continues at your establishment, you are bound to lose loyal customers.

I urge Tim Hortons management to take this matter seriously, as it has happened multiple times. If no action is taken, I will be forced to escalate this issue.

Tight drive thru, exiting from it you must be careful as accidents are highly likely.
The staff are not good, many mistakes as they tend to be chit chatting more amongst themselves or don't care.
