Visited to see what was available and found a comprehensive supply of Filipino goods at reasonable Canadian prices. The staff were friendly and efficient and speak Tagalog. I also tried the pork adobo and found it was pretty good. A good portion of rice and the adobo had a nice juicy flavour. The price of the adobo was $12 which would be the price I'd expect to pay for food from a food court. There were several tables available to eat inside.
I have tried so many Filipino cookeries around North York and Scarborough but I keep going back to Tindahan. I complimented the people who work there for their cook(s) who make delicious food. They are also very friendly.And if there is a new food I have not eaten before, they are willing to have me try to taste before I decide to buy some.
Omg one of the best Filipino food spots in North York.also you can do western union and it's a little super market. Go check them out foods great people are friendly and helpful
