My favorite bbt place in Toronto
Bubbletea was good but as soon as we walked in, there was an INTENSE god awful smell?? Like a dirty street in Thailand or something, it was so bad I can’t even exagerate. Smelled like rotten vomit 😭
The place isn’t too busy. Choices of tea is ok. I don’t come often but seems like their tea is good.

Use to be the best TP tea location, now it’s the worst. $10 tp tea with tiny little bit of top, shame on you
Tiny location in Commercial Gate next to a row of restaurants and over +10(!) bubble tea shops, offering various types of drinks! TP tea is indeed a safe choice for quality milk tea. I took the reg size with tapioca, 50% sugar no ice; it was quick, gentle and efficient service. It's only a counter, not much to look at for ambiance, and outside is basically the parking lot and sidewalk for other shops. We walked a bit around but most ppl would probably just grab and go (drive). Expect a bit pricey bbt like most places nowdays around 8$...

Supposedly good BBT but very limited menu options.
Little to no selection if dairy-free.
Very small location
Was missing a lot of their ingredients ans menu drinks I've been to better tp tea locations
The new paper straws disintegrate before you can even finish your drink ?
Go to a different tea shop in that Plaza

Best bubble tea I’ve had in ages even compared to ones in Asia! Strong tea flavour. I advise coming before 8pm because they’re so popular they run out of tapioca in the evening

Mango pomelo was delicious but $10 is a little steep. Hero teas mango pomelo is just as delicious and much more affordable
I recently had cousins over from England who really wanted to try this place. Although we got there ten minutes after they had closed, Emily, who was working there, was incredibly kind and stayed back to make us some bubble tea. Her kindness really made our visit special, and the bubble tea was fantastic. A huge thank you to Emily for her exceptional service!

5 stars even though I don't think bbt should ever encroach on $10 territory lol (and this place does). TP Tea is effectively priced in line w/ Ten Ren's. However, I WILL give them their flowers.Their tea is VERY strong and has exceptional flavour. I still can't say that the pricing is fully justified but they do have large sizes while Chicha San Chen at at Markville mall does not (and Chicha also charges around the same price for a smaller drink). My gf really likes the mango pomelo sago w/ tea jelly so that's usually been our go-to order. I've had their milk tea in the past and it is also nice and strong (although I can't rmbr if the tapiocas were good).TP tea is like a "special treat" purchase every now and then. It's way too expensive to be a staple buy, but my friend from Taiwan has also given them the seal of approval.
