Good bubble tea, kinda pricey, but also WHY does this place always smell like hot garbage!? I’ve been there 5 times and always wondered why this unit smells like a rotting corpse. Y’all got like 12 other bubble tea stores in the plaza that smell fine FIX YOUR DIGS

I love TP tea. One reason why I fell in love with this brand is their noodles in 3Q TP Milk Tea, it’s so soft to chew on. It’s like a cloud in my mouth.

Parking is horrible in this plaza though.
