I have been coming here ever since they were still located along Yonge and Finch and was always satisfied with their service. But just today, I have encountered the most horrible customer service I've ever had from them.
I ordered their "Brown Sugar Milk TEA" and the lady who works there gave me a "Brown Sugar MILK" without the tea. I already noticed that she did my drink wrong while watching her do it. When I told her that she made it wrong, instead of apologizing and making it right, she raised her voice at me and insisted that a cup of tapioca with brown sugar and milk is their "Brown Sugar Milk TEA" she then called a gentleman, but unfortunately this gentleman weren't anything better. They're both insisting that this is how they make their milk tea. I ended up asking for a refund as I shouldn't be arguing over this and explaining myself over and over again, the lady is still giving me an attitude and yelling at me while she's doing the refund. Mind you, this isn't my first time ordering this specific milk tea from them as I usually go here to eat and get drinks so I'm well aware how their drinks are made.
I know this is just a small thing but their lack of acknowledgement on their mistake and their whole attitude is beyond disgusting. Was it that hard to just add a tea on the cup and call it a day? They really had to argue with me over this when a simple solution could've been made. I would never recommend this place to anyone anymore, I know it wouldn't be the end of their business when I stopped coming here but their disgusting attitude will definitely be the reason why.

Very disappointed with my experience at Two Nine Tea. The customer service was extremely rude, and the staff showed no professionalism. On top of that, I noticed serious hygiene issues—they used the same gloves for handling food and making drinks without changing them. This is completely unsanitary and unacceptable. Went to get some snacks before grocery shopping at galleria. Original for me and original+mozza for bf. Sugar is a must for the corn dogs and the sauces of your choice. Always a good snack. They offer some discount for cash payments over $10 purchase.
Friendly people and their food is so good! Highly recommend their Korean Corn Dog, it doesn’t make me feel gross afterwards. Better than Chungchun/Arirang
