Thornhill has some great spots for bagel lovers, and one of my favorites is What A Bagel, especially for their flat bagels. I really enjoy the pumpernickel flat bagel; it has a deep, rich flavor that pairs perfectly with cream cheese and fresh veggies.

I had an amazing brunch at What A Bagel! I ordered the Florentine Eggs Benedict, and it was absolutely perfect — the poached eggs were done just right, the hollandaise was rich and creamy, and the spinach added a fresh, tasty touch.
