so i ordered a 20 combo of wings last night and they charged me $40 for around 16 wings and no fries. i specifically asked for fries. when i called back they said theres nothing we can do u should have called earlier. r u kidding me? i hope everyone knkws the service for this wild wings. i will be calling head office to report them and of all of their ridiculous ways they r treating customers , closing early , arguing with customers , cutting corners (just look at other reviews).

service is absolutely horrible and disgusting. went once they were offering free pop for everyone who gave them a 5 star review so dont believe over 80% of these reviews. when someone at my table put 4 stars they came over addressed the individual by name and then made them change the star to 5 stars. absolutely ridiculous and sad to beg for reviews. i hope everyone sees how desperate they are.

Gabrielle service is top tier! Warm and welcoming, the food was fresh, served promptly. The only major issue I have from a guests perspective that would make this a better dining experience is to ELIMINATE these wasteful and fidgety take out sauce containers?! Even the ketchup being served this way and every single sauce not to mention the stress this puts on service when you want more ketchup.. the labour and cost of plastic containers is incredibly wasetful and adds unnecessary stress on staff and guests. I’m choosing to come in so why am I being served in “to-go” containers. Please reevaluate the wasteful /harmful plastics and the stress its adds collectively on staff and guests. Thank you! But fresh and delicious otherwise, thanks Gabrielle! Impeccable service from a fellow server 🫡🙏🏻💕

Ordered via uber for double sized of bonless wings 2 flavor almost $70 very small bites almost just bread I'll pist a picture if i can for side I choose vegetable even they forgot or just put tiny of carrot and celery which should usually come with food. Seems they don't care with packing. It is not wrose at all I am not going to order again

They sold a fake item to my 15-year-old daughter. She ordered boneless chicken wings for takeout, but when she got home and offered me one, I realized they were just chicken nuggets—the same kind you’d get at McDonald’s. I’m extremely disappointed and feel cheated. I had ordered the same item from other Wild Wings locations, and they were proper boneless wings, not nuggets. This location is clearly cutting corners. Be careful when ordering from here.
The wings were some of the best i tried in Toronto. We were served by a couple of gents that were very polite and friendly. Definitely will be back there for some beer and wings soon.
