I went here for sushi about a year ago, now when people ask me to go for sushi anywhere else, I decline lol…. This place is so fresh and well made that I cannot bring myself to eat sushi anywhere else. Whenever I’m near by, I go out of my way to get some sushi and figured it was time to put up a well deserved review. Pictured is my golden dragon roll and chicken katsu for the boyfriend who doesn’t like sushi.
From the moment we walked in, it was clear this sushi chef and their team take immense pride in what they do. The space felt cozy and impeccably clean, setting the perfect tone for the evening. We were greeted with a warm and genuine welcome, and the service throughout was attentive without being intrusive.
The dishes? Absolutely exceptional. Each bite was a testament to the chef’s skill and dedication to quality. The presentation was beautiful, and the flavors were perfectly balanced, showcasing fresh ingredients and precise execution.
To top it all off, the prices were very reasonable for the level of quality and care we experienced. It’s rare to find such a perfect blend of ambiance, service, and food. I can’t recommend this place enough – truly deserving of 5 stars!

Most amazing sushi and incredible staff. We travel from Hamilton for this incredible food, nowhere else we have tried comes close to the freshness of the food and warm atmosphere of the staff. Worth traveling to.
I absolutely love sashimi and sushi but the rest of the family does not. This place has huge portions of sushi and sashimi, I was doing my happy dance! Hubby and kids had the teriyaki dishes and said they were good too. I am hopeful that they will eventually explore but until they do this place can keep all of us happy. Rose was our server and she was polite, helpful and quick even though it looked as if she was serving the entire place alone on a Sunday night with all 8 tables full. Prices were more than reasonable! (I have spent more getting the sushi from Zehrs when I am desperate to fix a craving). Awesome light jazz music too. Hubby asked me if I would return and it was a resounding YES! Tomorrow! Please! My new favourite place to eat! Love it!
