They are supposed to open by 5am and as someone who drives far I count on them ,they are late daily and then late means late for work for me ,
They have to try more ,life is about showing up diligently!!!

This is my favourite Tim’s to visit :). The staff is always inviting, friendly and truly make you feel like you’re a part of the family. And if you want to participate in the best Camp Day - this is your spot :)

I travel a lot for work all across eastern Canada and this is the most consistent, friendly and genuinely welcoming store I have been to.
The Manager Darren has built a phenomenal team and has the best customer rapport of anyone I have encountered.
He is incredibly invested in making sure every person he encountered is treated with respect and courtesy.
I watched him deal with very rude customer and he remained calm and genuine the entire time.
The team has changed many times over the time I have been coming here but the long standing employees all have my respect for the hard job they have. They are the reason I come back here when I am in town.

Worst place visited by far would like to give -ve remarks if I could, It was 6:30 on the saturday evening and thought I will grab some timmies on my way. Went through the drive thru and asked for 2 dozen of donuts.
Imagine what I hear ‘WE ARE DONE FOR THE DONUTS FOR THE NIGHT and just have couple of glazed apple fritters and plain left.’ asked if they making more fresh ones and the guy replied NO.
Not sure what’s going on but never heard that a timmies location will have no dounuts on a saturday evening.
DISAPPOINTING FIRST TIME EXP.

Not gonna lie. This is my favorite Tims location. They were always fast on my morning commute when I worked in construction. They were incredibly reliable whenever I woke up too late to make breakfast. However It's not perfect, objectively. It's tiny. It's not the cleanest. But it has charm. It's fun. The workers are happy. I have never been to another location where the workers are so visibly happy. Or maybe happy isn't the right word, but rather they're human and not customer service, if that makes any sense. Whatever that charm is, It made the medium regular coffee and breakfast sausage on an English muffin taste so much better, I swear! This is the only location I have gone well out of my way to visit. Admittedly, the experience is much different and better in the day.

Today when I went to this store, I saw that the manager was yelling at a brown girl. He was telling her to do food, while the girl was saying that I had already on food for 3.5 hours. The manager told her that if you don’t do it, then punched out and go home. In my opinion, this is very wrong because everyone has the right to refuse to work if they can’t do it safely. And that girl was saying that she have a back pain. They were saying that they had more staff to serve the food. The manager didn’t listen to a single word he was so rude with her. In future if she will injures is manager responsible for her condition? I don’t understand why the manager kept saying that girl to do food when they had more staff who could have do food too. This was very wrong with that girl. I think this was totally racism and harassment with that girl. I don’t think so that he deserve a manger position. Owner should pay attention to how their staff is being treated in their store.
