This location is honestly a mess. They don’t make lattes (“they just can’t,” apparently), the iced coffee machine is always broken, and if you want to pay with cash, they don’t accept bills over $20. Why? No explanation at all. I wanted to pay $30 with a $50 bill and they wouldn’t let me buy anything.
The staff is also unfriendly and rude, with zero interest in serving customers.
If you have the option to go to another Tim Hortons, keep driving and skip this one. Easily the worst I’ve ever visited.

Customer service is soooo bad, I ordered ahead of time thru mobile order and still took me 10mins to wait. There was no line up when i got there, only one car ahead of me but when i left, cars are all filed up in the drive thru. Crew didn't even apologize and continously reasoning out instead of apologizing. 2:15-2:25pm October 22,2025

I go to this times many times and it’s the service of Darren Boyle and Olivia Cerullo and Liz that make that team function It’s always great fast and if there is ever any problem Darren takes care of it immediately He’s always friendly smiling and so happy to see me it’s because of staff like them that this tim hortons functions they need to make them manager and assistant manager cause it runs so much better when there all there

Visit this site often. Service has been normally good when certain staff are there. As of late service level is dropping and drive through lane is becoming abnormally slow . I visited there two Sundays ago (Sept 15) , with my sister, to buy two coffees and two Steeped teas. I got home and we had 4 coffees. On my back through I stopped in to let them know of their mistake. I received zero customer service. My option given to me was to buy two more drinks. No offer to correct their mistake. Very disappointing. I find it difficult to believe that the owner would take the chance to lose customers over two drinks that probably cost them 50 cents each. Does the owner know what's happening at the store???? Does he/she care??? I'm sure the store can do better.
