They seem to have a lot of staff turnover at least at the drive-thru window. However they still seem to maintain their quality and friendliness. A well-managed location.

Best fast food experience ever. Went for breakfast, got the classic breakfast. It was as good as any family restaurant and a fraction of the wait. They had actual silverware and the service was excellent. Oh, and the price? Can't be beat. Coffee was ok too.

Ordered 3 burgers, only received 2. Asked for Ketchup.. no ketchup in the bag. On top of the poor service they declined to provide tax exemption for indigenous Ontarians saying it is not in their system. The requirement to provide this has been in place since 2010, plenty of time to be aware.

Food was great and so was the service. Quick and friendly. Food was made fresh not off a heat rack. Atmosphere was a typical fast food burger joint, but clean and well maintained.
We particularly love that A&W is making efforts to source and provide sustainable products. They avoid plastic packaging and serve Canadian produced food.
Unsustainable products and services are just that: unsustainable.

Could be cleaner. Tables dirty . They coukd use a coat of polyurethane. Owner does care about cleanliness. We've been going there for years. I think a+w should redo the interior package. Something dull and boring about the place.
