I recently went there and ordered masala veggie burger & rings. The food was amazing, especially the server who was handling drive thru and dine as well, staff is very friendly and helpful

I ate there, it took three table before finding one relatively cleanish that was grimy and greasy, the burger was cold when it came, not a good experience, will never eat there again

Best fast food experience ever. Went for breakfast, got the classic breakfast. It was as good as any family restaurant and a fraction of the wait. They had actual silverware and the service was excellent. Oh, and the price? Can't be beat. Coffee was ok too.
Ordered 3 burgers, only received 2. Asked for Ketchup.. no ketchup in the bag. On top of the poor service they declined to provide tax exemption for indigenous Ontarians saying it is not in their system. The requirement to provide this has been in place since 2010, plenty of time to be aware.

Food was great and so was the service. Quick and friendly. Food was made fresh not off a heat rack. Atmosphere was a typical fast food burger joint, but clean and well maintained.
We particularly love that A&W is making efforts to source and provide sustainable products. They avoid plastic packaging and serve Canadian produced food.
Unsustainable products and services are just that: unsustainable.
