I took my wife to the Harbour Expressway restaurant in Thunder Bay today, I ordered a chipotle Wrap Combo which was so small it didn’t even cover the palm of my hand, this was served by a woman with the wiser attitude imaginable. I ordered a milk shake, which had no milk but was 97% ice with a creamer. When I told the server I was met disdain and received another milk shake made with 97% ice and a creamer. I didn’t order a smoothie I ordered a shake. I will not be returning there, service = 0 bad attitude -99%

I am a Vegetarian and there are very rare option for us if we wont to eat out and one of them is A&W we went there for lunch and we tried their masala veggie burger with onion rings they were very appetizing, the food was fresh and sizzling hot, as well as the restaurant hygiene was at its best clean and refreshing

If the owners cared about the service, they would pay their staff, keep them happy, and hire enough people to run the place.
One burger took almost 20 minutes through the drive through with no line. I feel bad for the employees
